Gated parking lot. Easy in and out.

Easy in and out. Great for a day game and only 2.5 blocks from stadium. I think I would prefer to be on a main road for a night game even though this is only half a block from 12th Ave.

This is a gravel/grass surface level lot with a fence around the lot. This lot is 2.5 blocks east of Marlins Park. You must park in the southwest corner of the lot (See picture for highlighted area).

*This lot is regularly patrolled, and your vehicle will be towed if you do not display your ParkWhiz parking pass face-up on your dashboard.*

This location is on NW 4th St in between NW 12th Ave and NW 11th Ave. The entrance to this gated lot is on the north side of NW 4th St. This lot is between two residences. You MUST park in the designated area in the southwest corner of the lot. (See picture for designated area)
