Parking was great and a straight shot to the arena and back to the Highway when you leave. The parking attendants were friendly and did their job. Would recommend this to anybody who attends the game or to Bayside.

I will continue to park here. The service was fast and friendly. We exit out quick and easy. I love this place. The only thing that was bad was because it was hard to find the location being that its in the corner. They should have a "ENTER HERE" sign.

Parking and retrieving vehicle was easy and the distance to the Arena was short. In addition, the ease to get out of downtown is better than most other locations because the other locations lead to gridlock and this location is away from the traffic jam.

Location is about a 5 minute walk from American Airlines arena. Location is secure and they pulled up our vehicle quite quickly after the game. Entrance is easy to miss and not well marked.

A bit tough to find, but once you do, everything is very simple and everyone is very nice. Just look it up on a map and you are gold. Just approach from the north.

Is it safe? Yes. However, everything was locked up after the event and, after a brief moment of panic, we walked around to the other side of the building and discovered the entrance to get our vehicle. It was easy to exit the area and avoid traffic.

A little difficult to find coming on Biscayne, if you are not familiar with the building, but turning around the block I found the back entrance easily. Parking was easy to drop off and to pick up. Great!

I Went to the parking and drop my I didn't have to worry for waiting a long time, line to park or looking around for parking space. The only thing I was worried about was the space to get the car into the parking when the guy took it. It was a little tie ans I was worried about him crashing

This service is awesome!!! My friends and I were in town for my grad ceremony and found last minute tickets for Game 7 of the Heat/Celtics playoffs but had no clue where to park when we got there. found reserved parking at New World Tower through ParkWhiz and it definitely came in handy- we didn't arrive until the second quarter of the game! But the parking attendants were super friendly and service was fast! Not to mention it was only 3 blocks or so from AAA! Will def use again!

After the game there was no line for handing in our ticket. It was a free for all with some patrons pushing to get service before those who had been waiting. That was uncomfortable.

The guys were patient and well mannered. I was rushing to get to the heat playoffs game and my make- up wasn't done. So I attempted to finish my face and the guys allowed me to lol and then took my vehicle. Picking up process was fast and my family and I didn't have to wait in traffic. Thankyou!!!!!

Very close to the American Airline Arena (about 3 short blocks)...pre-paying in advance made parking hassle-free...we were running late for the game a thought parking would take even more time but it didn't...retrieving the car after the basketball game was also really quick. attendants were also polite...i will definitely be using Park Whiz again!!!!

They were fast and parked the cars well. It is an elevator type car park. They were really nice, went back to the car get my wife's glasses for us, which was appreciated because she has an eye condition. Get spot for a heat game, out the back door, and off we went.

Excellent expereince hands down. Couldn't beat the price and service. Just pulled up and got out and receive a ticket and I was on my way. The whole process took less than 2 mins. Picking up was just as good. My suv was a oversize vehicle so they parked it VIP at no extra charge and pick up my vehicle in less than 5 mins and I was on my way.

Good service from the valet, passed the entrance the first time around because buses and delivery trucks can park at the curb and block your view. Note that the entrance is just south of NE 2nd Street and be prepared.

The price and location were great. The people working there were also very good and worked fast. They could have had another person there for when the game let out. The wait was a little bit too long. I would still recommend it. Priced better than other garages whose waits were probably as long. It was a friendly crowd waiting for cars too.

For first timers, there should really be a sign when you pull in about the procedures. When we got there it was all backed up with cars, there was no visible attendant, and we had no idea what we were supposed to do. We ended up asking some people and finally an attendant did come down and take our receipt and keys. Otherwise, coming back from the concert was easy, with no wait. The location is also very good.

Knowing exactly how to enter to drop your car off at their valet was a little confusing, but one trip around the block and we found it. Rather straight-forward and they took care of things.

All of the staff that we dealt with were friendly and very efficient. There was a little line waiting for cars when we returned, but our wait was very short because the guys got everyone's car lickety-split. I will definitely use this garage again when I attend events in the area.

Here's the deal - if you get there right at 6PM it's going to be slow w/ people still leaving work from the building and the Heat arrivals, be patient and all is good. The lot works if you're planning on dining (Fratelli Milano is a gem) or want to park south of the Arena). Getting out after the game was hassle free. For 10 bucks, this is a great deal.
