  • About 5 blocks from American Airlines Arena. Drove in, they took the car,, gave me a ticket to pick it up and I was gone. Coming back, it was parked right out front, so no waiting.

The New World Tower Parking facility is located on famous Biscayne Blvd and provides parking for the office tower as well as NBA Basketball games (Miami Heat), concerts at the American Airlines Area, Bayfront Park Amphitheater and Bayside Marketplace. There are a number of restaurants and retailers close by including CVI-CHE 105 and MIA. The parking garage has over 350 parking spaces and a height limit of 6 feet. Also we offer the up close and personal VIP treatment where the guest can accomodate their parking space for an easy and fast exit. Our valet takes pride and looks forward to attending you as you can experience the only garage in Florida with a unique system!

Entrances to this facility are located on Biscayne Blvd just south of NE 2nd Street and on NE 3rd Ave accessible via NE 1st Street to the south of the NWT property.
