The location is easy in and out, and safe. It's close to the Staples Center but away from the most congested area within the block of the Staples Center's parking. The parking lot was full, but they honored my pre-paid pass. The attendants were nice, efficient, and helpful in giving us good directions for our route home. I am glad I pre-paid so that I didn't have to worry about availability at the time. I'd use them again!

Booking the space in advance maybe a slight bit more in price but well worth it. Our spot was right up front so exiting was quick and easy. A great location also made our experience worthwhile.

First and foremost it was affordable, one of the cheapest places to park near the staples center. Secondly, it was only a block or so from the venue which was great! Since i bought this ahead of time i didn't have to spend anytime looking for a space, or even waiting to get out. It's complete easy access in and out. The only thing is you have to beware of traffic when walking to and from the lot because at one point there is no sidewalk and traffic gets a little crazy the closer you get to staples center, but hey, welcome to LA!

Only thing that was a bit confusing was when I printed my receipt was that I couldn't get that little square UPC scanning box to print so I had taken a picture of it with my phone when it was on the computer screen. Luckily it had the little number on it that the man needed. He was very nice. Guess I need to figure out how to get that box to print on the parking sheet.

I enjoyed the easy in parking in the front row. However when I went to leave the front gate was closed off causing me to have to push in with the others tightly parked in the lot. If you are going to have me park up front to get out fast then the front gate needs to be OPEN at the end of the game.

The location is easy to find and a short walk to Staples. Getting in the parking lot can be a hassle since we have to make a left turn into the lot against opposing traffic but getting out is easy. The parking attendant is very courteous and plenty of them around to direct the traffic making sure there is no accident since it is a small lot. Opened as early as advertised, easy parking, courteous employees. This location is great due to being close enough to the Staples Center to not be too far, but far enough away so that leaving the area after the event is not too difficult.

It was pretty great hassle-free parking. Though one caveat is in my rush to get to STAPLES, I pulled into what I thought was the pre-paid lot and it was actually their regular $15 non-reserved lot (although the two lots are connected and owned by the same company). But the attendants were nice enough to allow me to park there and use my pre-paid reservation. A solid overall experience, especially when you only end up a little over a block away.

Easy to find, very close to the Staples Center. A little disappointed that they charged me $5 more by reserving online than the flat rate they were charging the day of the concert. I showed up about an hour before the event and there was still TONS of parking, meaning I could have got my parking for $5 less had I not made a reservation. I'll probably take my chances next time and wait to pay for parking. Overall, VPS was great. I felt safe and it was easy to get in and out of. I will be using them again in the future.

The parking at ParkWhiz was excellent. Only 2 short blocks from the Staples entrance. It seemed as though the spaces were much larger than most. The attendant was very efficient, English speaking, helped guide us into our parking space and even took pictures when not busy with other cars. When we returned from the venue, his personal car was parked next to ours and he was working on the exterior shine. I would definitely recommend the parking to anyone going to the Nokia and/or Staples Center.

Parking spots are tight for larger vehicles but the staff tries to accomodate if you are early enough on arrival. Short walk to Staples Center (about 1 1/2 blocks) Figueroa St. enterance. Makes getting in and out easy. Also easy to get onto fwy when leaving.

We were concerned about going to LA Kings game with Bike race, Basketball game and evidently something at convention center. When I called the parking facility several days before the event they actually called me back twicw with updates, directiond on how to get tio the parking as it was 1/2 block from all events converging. When we arrived several people directed us to our spot, where extremely pleasant,and joked with us about the upcoming day. Easy walk to Staples. Easy exit to freeway afterwards. I will use this lot for all future events in the area. Really great experience (who would look on parking as a "great experience??)". They deserve our referral.

It was helpful that they had a worker at the entrance with a flag waving you in. I liked how simple it was to just show my parking pass I printed out at home. The parking was half a block from the front door at Staples so it was a short walk for me and my cane. Access was easy and quick, gave the paper I had printed off my computer to the attendant and we were directed to our parking spot and arrived in plenty of time to take pictures and enjoy the pre-game activities. This was extremely important because my son and I drove 200 miles and 3 1/2 hours to attend the game.

easy to find directly opposite convention centre. Staff were very courteous and gave directions clearly for my reserved space on line, they had a place reserved at the gate for easy departure. Another member of staff gave me directions for leaving to get onto the interstate. I was on my own with my 2 daughters and I felt safe and comfortable with the staff and the car park.

yes it was a great location for the la convention center however it is more than a half a block from staples center as advertised like 2 long blocks. for a person like myself who has trouble walking i would not recommend this lot if going to the staples center. the reserve section was very easy to get in and out.

This parking was the best! I'm so glad when I purchased my Clippers' tickets that there was a link provided to the VPS parking site. It was easy to arrange and pay. The attendants were helpful and there was easy flow, in and out of the lot. The highways were nearby and we didn't run into ridiculous traffic on the street (Figuerora). The fee was so reasonable as well.

It was good to know that we had a parking spot reserved for us nearby the Staples stadium, but the earliest we were allowed to park was at 5 PM. I wish we were able to park earlier like at 3 or 4 pm because we wanted to check out some of the places nearby such as the ESPN Zone.

The parking was good and conveniently located very close to the Staple Center. It was great to know where to park with out having to fight crowds and traffic. With all the re-routing when we went to the concert we still managed to find the parking area ..... this is so convenient and the staff helped us to go inside the lot stopping the traffic so we can cross to the lot ..... going out of the parking area is easy after the concert .... freeway is just 5 mins away ... defnitely using this again on our next concert :)

This could not have been easier. The directions on the pre-paid pass were perfect. There were lots of attendants to direct us into the lot. We had an unobstructed spot and getting out of the lot after the concert took less than 5 minutes. I would not hesitate to use this location again. In fact, I will try to always go back to this location.

I would recommend they install a larger "VPS" and/or address sign since there are several parking lots nearby, on the same side of the street, and because I'd never been there, I was a little overwhelmed trying to drive and read the addresses, and I missed the VPS lot the first time.

They initially tried to decline us because they had a sign saying no trucks or SUVs but when we showed our paperwork from online he said he had to take us and then gave us a space he said was big but was not.

Courteous staff and safe location. We drove our work truck up and at first the attendant said "trucks can not park here." We did not know that our truck would be considered a large vehicle. However, when we showed him our reservation we made on-line they were very accommodating. We appreciated the "no hassle". Will recommend to friends and family. Thank you. (They do need to make it more clear on the website about what is considered a large vehicle. Ours is a Dodge Ram 2500 long bed extra cab.)

It took us a long time to find the right parking lot because we were not aware that the address was actually 1340. We thought it was the 60 S. Figueroa and that 1340 was the parking slip. The other problem was coming off the I-5, Figueroa Street turns into a one-way street, so you can't get down that far. You need to go down on Grand or another street and come back up on Figueroa. Service was excellent.

Used ParkWhiz for a Lakers game last night. The attendant parked us is a perferred spot right next to the exit of the lot. Following the Lakers win we walked a long block back to our car. Out of the parking lot and onto the freeway home without fighting any traffic around Staples Center. Would use it again.

This is the second time I have used VSP Parking. After you've done it once, you know exactly where to enter the lot...the only criticism I had before was that the lot is hard to find because it is in a block full of parking lots and you're not sure which one to go into. The attendants are helpful and a reserved spot was waiting. I will definitely use VSP again.

Drove by the attendant at the street entrance (there are many attendants everywhere!) so I parked where they led me. When they came to collect money I had my reservation paper and they indicated that I should have showed the attendant cause I would have been directed to the reserved parking area which is a little closer to the exit. Can't complain with the experience at all. It is a bit of a walk but it's cheaper than the closer lots.

We found parking at VPS was very convenient especially after the game to get easy access onto the freeway. The only problem we had is there seems to be no visible identification at the lot entrance; therefore we missed it and had to call for directions. We actually had driven right past it.

As others have stated, the lot is a little difficult to find as signs from other lots block out your sign if you are coming from the west. However, if you just hold up your reservation slip, the attendees in the other lots quickly point you where to go. We were happy with VPS parking. We got there a little before our designated reservation and were directed to a nice parking spot close to the exit. We parked our own car and everything was fine.

As stated by others, the service was 1st rate! Having arrived on a night with both a Laker's game and concert were taking place the surrounding area was jamming. Access to the lot and exiting went very smoothly. We were directed to our parking spot as stated and simply put, a positive experience on a busy Friday night! Note: Identified by the well lighted parking area. Signage is minimal. Great hassle free service

I took a couple of tries and misses to get the right lot as there were three different ones in the same block (the first was "no habla Inglés"), but this was the best lit one in the block. Would definitely park here again.

I used the service for the first time on November 29th for a concert at Staples Center. The overall experience was good. Easy in and easy out. The parking lot needs to display VPS parking somewhere so you can find it easier from the street. I actually originally went to the wrong lot at first since this lot is between other lots. I would recommend this parking lot and ParkWhiz to anyone.

Great price and easy access. Would recommend they have a sign that clearly denotes where to enter the reserved sports as there are a number of entrences on fig, but overall. No hassle no worry parking for 5 bucks less? good deal

A great service and a great deal! Everything exactly as advertised. An ideal way to park for events - close, clean, well lit. Takes the 'parking is going to be a pain' anxiety off the table. Staff at the lot was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will use them again.

I pulled up and Ramone moved a cone aside and I parked in the front row right next to the gate. It was the best spot and a 10 min walk to the Nokia Theatre. I will buy a parking ticket for upcoming events for sure. thank you.

I used this service for the first time last night and was amazed at how easy it was. I got to the location, handed my reservation to the attendant and was escorted to a parking spot that was held for me by a parking cone. What a smooth operation. The price was reasonable and the whole process reduced my stress level of having to fight for parking on a busy night in the area. I will definitely use this ParkWhiz again!

Very convenient and friendly staff. I arrived early so there was plenty of parking but with the traffic in LA is was comforting to know I had a reserved spot only 1 1/2 blocks from the arena. I'd certainly use them again.

I found the address easily on my GPS. I flew in from out of town for an event at STAPLES. This lot was perfectly located and a short convenient walk. Easy exit and once I showed my receipt, VIP treatment was shown by the staff. I WILL use This lot again!

We were unable to use it. Everyone I talked to was very nice. And Victor, thank you for what you did for me, how ever, we were too earlly so we parked somewhere else. My husband was tired of driving around. But, not your fault. yes, I would diffently use you again. Next time we will know not to come so early. We were confused, it was very hecty around there. The spot was in a great location, close to the Staples Center and not a far walk at all. I felt comfortable and safe leaving my car there. Has great access to freeways as well! Thank You ParkWhiz... Until next time ;D

This is a great parking location, directly across from the LA Convention Center, 1/2 block from the Staples Center and just a couple blocks from Nokia Theater. The lot is a perfect location for escaping the nightmarish traffic on Figueroa after events with our excellent freeway access. The parking offers easy-in/easy-out access, vehicles are NEVER blocked in and the facility is always staffed until the end of the event.
This location is a commercial parking lot.
We are located at 1340-60 S Figueroa St, directly across the LA Convention Center, 1 block from the Staples Center. We are the second lot just south of Pico on the east side.
