This facility is a public parking lot. Lot is conveniently located near downtown hotels restaurants, Bankers Life Fieldhouse, and Lucas Oil Stadium. Vehicles may be parked overnight depending on availability. No tailgating or loitering is permitted.

*Vehicles parked after your ParkWhiz pass expires will be towed at owners expense.

This surface lot is located on S Pennsylvania St, one block south of Arby's on the left-hand side of the street when coming in from the north. Enter on S Pennsylvania St. Look for the red brick building with the green roof across the street, just south of the entrance. Look for the blue and white ParkWhiz sign. The entrance is at the 2nd parking lot south of South St on Pennsylvania
