"Easy,"
"Needs better instructions on the parking pass. No attendant was present when we entered off of Washington Street. We were not sure where we were supposed to park. We had to search for an attendant and finally found the attendant in an office by the Maryland Street exit. Then we found out that an additional sticker was required on the automatic ticket. Very confusing. Good location."
"No Attendant and bar code not work. We had to get out of car and find help to enter the garage."
"The attendants were very friendly and helpful in taking care of my prepaid pass when I first arrived, and even more helpful when my "exit pass" was stolen when I got pick-pocketed at a downtown mall."
