Incoming parking was fine, although somewhat confusing due to rows of parking cones not clearly demarking where you were going and staff wasn't overly helpful. However, exiting after the game was terrible. We were on level 4 and our traffic lines literally didn't move for more than 20 minutes. Many people started honking in protest. Exit planning needs to be improved. I would recommend parking there only because of the ease to cross to Banker's Life Fieldhouse without having to go outside. Since it was pouring rain after the game, we stayed dry. Overall, I would park there again for an event at BLF, but the traffic flow isn't the best thought out process.

I am a full-season Pacer ticket holder and have been for the last 12-13 years. Each of those seasons, I have also had a parking pass for the ground level in your building. And, the last 2 years have also had parking passes for the home play-off games. The parking garage is an excellent place to park, it is well lighted, has an elevator (and/or stairs) that can be used for entrance to the 3rd floor walk-across to the field house. WHAT A CONVENIENCE. Additionally, by having a pass for the ground level, I can leave the garage and turn South, which is the direction I need to travel to my destination. Further, when weather permits, having the ground level parking and just walking across the street to enter the field house is also nice. It is also very comforting to know that the area is well-lighted and safe. The guards at the gate are very pleasant and kind. I always recommend my friends to park at Denisons. AND, MANY THANKS FOR THE DISCOUNT YOU OFFER.

Being able to purchase my parking space on line days ago allowed me to attend a business dinner which left me making a mad dash to get downtown before the game. It made the night so much less stressful because I knew my parking space was waiting for me as I passed "sold out" signs at lots and garages along the way. Parkwhiz rocks.

We got there early so we literally had the option of parking anywhere on the ground level, right across from our destination. The garage was well lit and we felt safe. Also, the staff in the garage were extremely helpful. I would definitely park here again.

Instead of getting downtown and scrambling for a spot and not finding anything near or affordable; we got what seemed to us like VIP parking on the 1st floor of the garage; easy as pie to walk to the game! It could not have been better. Right across the street from the field house with the walk way on level 3. It was easy to get in and easy to get out, except I don't know why the police prevented us from making a left turn going out since there was a left turn arrow.

People who are not regular parkers at this location should be told that IMPD blocks NW-bound Virginia Ave after the games - so they should NOT try to turn left upon exiting. They hold up everyone else by waiting for the traffic signal to change instead of turning right-on-red onto SE-bound Virginia (after yielding to any SB traffic/pedestrians on Virginia or Alabama that have the green light, of course). This will help speed everyone's exit.

I entered the north part of the garage and didn't understand very well the directions for entering the ParkWhiz area to get to the VIP area on the first floor. It is the Virginia Ave entrance that you should enter (I read wrong on website) vs. the Delaware St entrance. Denison people were very cordial when telling me that I had wrong entrance and directed me to correct one. Non Denison employee working traffic at entrance is another story! Parking was fantastic and close to entrance!

The parking garage was extremely close to the BLFH and it was well organized both coming in and leaving. I've been to large events like this before and getting out of the parking garage afterwards always seemed to take hours. However, this garage was well organized and it took less than 15 minutes for us to get from the top area of parking to the exit. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place.

This was so convenient. This was our first trip to the Fieldhouse and didn't know the area well, so it was really great to know we already had a reserved parking area really close. There were very few cars in the VIP section when we got there so were able to park really close to the Fieldhouse side. Just walked across the street to it. The attendant was very courteous. The garage was clean and well lit. The only con was there wasn't a separate entrance for pre-paid customers so we had to wait several minutes for the cars in front of us to pay and get directions on where to park. (Oh, boo hoo.) And the cost was only a couple dollars more than other "nearby" lots. Plus there were police cars directing traffic outside the exit so we didn't have to wait forever to get out. We will definitely use the Virginia Avenue parking garage again and will use ParkWhiz to prepay!

Most convenient for me as I have severe asthma and parking in the attached garage brings on problems due to all of the exhaust and the large number of smokers who light up as soon as they are out of the walkway. Due to the smaller number of cars and people in this lot I have enjoyed my parking and game experience more than in the past.

We've been using Denison Parking for many years. Since I'm a disabled veteran, it's sometimes difficult to walk a long distance. Denison has always tried to make my parking easier to get to the games. Being a season ticket holder for over 20 years, purchasing the season parking pass makes it very convenient. I would definitely recommend parking with Denison facilities.

We have never understood why some evenings we were only allowed to park on the roof even though we could see available spaces under cover on the lower levels as we drove up to the roof. To have a "guaranteed" parking spot for the same price charged at the parking gate(s) was truly beneficial. The reserved parking space certainly made for a more pleasant experience. Entry and exit was also much faster than what we had experienced when we did not have a reservation. Strongly recommend to others.

Sometimes some of the the attendants directing the parking get a little frantic. Others are very nice and communicate without shouting and frantic arm waving. Attendants in the booths are always pleasant especially Vanida.

The parking location is excellent. The door for the garage place you right at the crosswalk to the entry pavilion at the Fieldhouse. The best part is having a separate entrance on Virginia Ave that is away from the main garage entrances which make for easy-in & easy-out parking while others wait in long lines on the upper floors to leave an event at the Fieldhouse.

Being right next to the east entrance to Banker's Life was wonderful. Amidst rain and cold, it was so great to be able to take our two grandchildren right into the stadium. We got in and out very easily compared to the last time we went to Banker's Life and got caught up in traffic jams and had to park over a half mile away. The pre pay process was very easy. You print your pass, show to the attendant, and park. The parking is on the ground floor and you are literally across the street from the arena entrance. Leaving was easy as well. I would highly recommend parking here...If ever I need parking in that area again, I will park there.

Denison Parking has always tried to ensure purchasing and using their parking facilities is extremely easy. Due to being a handicapped veteran I used to need them to stamp our season parking passes. It did create an issue initially this season but they took care of the problem immediately once I informed them of my problem. Since then it makes it very easy to purchase my parking pass.

The first guy was not up with the program, but the 2nd woman we spoke to, got us right to the spot we wanted to go. It was excellent. Safe parking. Close to the Stadium and the elevator to the walk way just could not be beaten. Will contact you for the next event we attend. You have a repeat customer!

I went into the wrong entrance and the staff were fabulous about getting me to the right place. everyone was friendly and helpful. I hope to go to another Pacers game next month and will definitely use Denis on. Getting the parking online gave me peace of mind about driving downtown and having a place to park. Not being from Indy, it was hard to find. I called the # listed on my reservation and the man stayed on the phone with me until i got to the parking area. Big help. I recommend ParkWhiz print a close up map of where the garage is in reference to the Feildhouse along with specific directions from the interstate on the reservation form. It was cold last night, so the inclosed walk-way was great ! I would park there again !

Absolutely !!!!! Called and lady gave me exact directions.....Wish I could say the same for Pacer's Tcket people they are clueless.....Probably costing your Company money keeping people away from games due to the severe lack of communications in ticket department !

as long as the gate is left open so i can leave early, things were great. one time, during the super bowl weekend, the gate was closed and it was a hassle to get it opened. but otherwise this is a great parking place.

Parked there the night before the super bowl. Drove right in, drove right out with no problem whatsoever even though virtually everyone in the civilized world was a block away at the super bowl village. Would absolutely park there again any time.

I was happily surprised at the easyin-easy-out access with the SuperBowl Village right around the corner. This location made getting downtown easy.

The staff was very friendly and once I found where I needed to go to, parking was a breeze. I would recommend that the ParkWhiz signs be posted in a more visible spot, if at all, I never found one.

Very confusing as where to park. I was directed upstairs only to be redirected downstairs. Spent a lot of extra time in the car. Once I parked I was fine but my 4 and 6 year old were running low on patients

Great location on the street level of the parking garage. Easy In and Out! Friendly attendant. Directions need to include the left hand turn at the stoplight under the garage if you are going north on Virginia Ave.

Please make sure address is of entrance not just building. We were directed by street staff to go into upper and then redirected(not well) by parking staff to corect lot. Once we were there, great parking.

It was an easy in and out even though the streets were jamed with Super Bowl activities. The attendants were very helpful. A quick elevator ride to third floor and were were into the Fieldhouse with no effort at all. A great parking location that was affordable and safe.

The parking was very convenient to get to the Fieldhouse. Quick and easy exit to I-70 & I-65. As a long term Pacer Season Ticket Holder, my parking passes for the games used to come in a book, but the on line passes are much more convenient. I don't have a computer or email, and the guys at Denison processed the entire season of passes and printed them out for me, so I could take advantage of the online purchasing for the parking passes.

I liked the fact that I knew I had a parking spot and that we were protected from the weather. It was a short walk through the tunnel to fieldhouse, which was great! The only thing I didn't like was, I was unable to see signs to make sure I was parking in the right spot.

This is Good Parking...EXCEPT the police had closed Pennsylvania going south. It was closed at Maryland & Everyone had to turn left. This created a huge back up of traffice. It took me longer to get from Maryland & Pennsylvania, into the lot/than it did from Zionsville to Downtown. If they continue to close Pennsyvania, I will need to find another way around. I have used this lot for many years & this is the first time they have closed Penn. street.

I have used this facility for many years and am continually pleased with the easy "in and out" factor. This is the first time I have had the ability to buy and print the access voucher and think I am going to like it very much. This feature is especially good for scheduled events in the area. The parking area is on the first floor of the Virginia Ave. Garage. It’s directly across from the Delaware Street entrance to the Conseco Fieldhouse. The entrance and exit is on the south side of Virginia Avenue. Virginia Avenue can be accessed via the intersections of East, South & Virginia or Maryland, Delaware & Virginia. There will be signage at the garage directing ParkWhiz VIP’s to the parking area. We will have customer service representative on site to assist and address any concerns you may have. There is a crosswalk and traffic signal to assist you in crossing the street or you can take the garage elevator up to the third level and use the connector to enter the Fieldhouse.
