"very good easy in and out. Safe area"
"Easy access to the lot. Not covered and no attendant on duty, but seemed to be a safe, clean area. Would use again if near event. Not sure what is considered a "Compact" since there was a Suburban and other larger cars using those spots. The purchase said it was the last spot, but there were plenty of spots upon arrival and people paying at the kiosk, so we were looking for spaces that said, "Reserved" which do not exist. With no attendant on duty to ask, we parked, placed the pass on the dash, and hoped we did the right thing. So, a little confusing but ended up fine."
"I purchased my parking on-line. When I got to the lot, I discovered that the on-line cost was $2 more than the posted lot price. There was no attendant on duty at 7:30 p.m. , but the lot was open so I parked and left my receipt in the window of my car. When I left about 10:30 p.m., there was an attendant patrolling the lot with a flashlight. The lot was well lighted and extremely convenient to the Wortham Cullen Auditorium, i.e. across the street. I would use this lot again and recommend it to friends."
"Very helpful staff. A great first time experience!"
