The parking was easy to get to, easy to enter and they retrieved my vehicle quickly when I left. The only thing I would recommend is changing on the website where it says it is on the southwest corner of Michigan Ave and Chicago. It is actually the southeast corner. Also, when going back to retrieve my vehicle, it was hard to find the pedestrian entrance. The address is 777 N Michigan Ave which should be on the corner. Numbers should get bigger going north but the building number 777 is south of the corner address 757. I finally asked at the store on the corner and they have obviously been asked the same question previously. Not a big deal but a little confusing. All in all a positive experience.

Parking attendants were very attentive to us and acted with the utmost professionalism and respect. They also created a very friendly atmosphere which is very refreshing in a large, busy urban area.

This location is a commercial parking garage.
The garage is located on the southeast corner of Michigan and Chicago Ave. The entrance is a 1/2 block east on Chicago Ave (white garage door). We are in the building housing a Walgreens, across the street from Water Tower Place. Pull up to garage door and drive down ramp.
