The garage is located on the corner of Michigan and Chicago Ave. The entrance is a 1/2 block east on Chicago Ave (white garage door). Pull up to garage door and drive down ramp.

  I was very pleased with my parking experience. The wait to get my car back was a little long, but that was expected. Staff was well organized and curteous. Directions included with the reservation were a lifesaver. I would definitely use this garage again and recommend it to friends. The location was perfect for shopping at Water Tower Place and Michigan Avenue.

  This is the only way I would ever park again, when going downtown. It was so nice and easy. Pull your car in, and get out out. Attendants were very polite and courteous.

  ABSOLUTELY I would recommend to friends and family. the only thing I had a problem with was finding the actual garage itself. I think it would help if they put up a sign that suspends away from the building because i passed it 3 times. Other than that it was great. thasnk so very much.
