• Mostly good, lots of spaces and a good location but took a while to get out. The first call to assistance was not picked up. Got a response on the second call but gate failed to open requiring a third call.

• The lot was nice, clean, well lit and close to our destination. The price was less than half than most lots in Chicago. Parkwhiz is the way to go to get great parking at a great price in Chicago!

• The location of the garage is quite convenient. The downside is that we parked on the south side of the garage and it was hard to find the elevator. Signs for the elevators are not clearly marked unless you're on the west side of the garage. We ended up taking the stairs down and they are dark and creepy!!

• Easy in and out. One bus to get to the United Center. Can't beat the price or convenience. Will do this every time I go to the United Center.

• Nice and safe "secured" parking structure and well lit at night. However, I would update your confirmation sheet to indicate exactly what the process is when you enter and leave. The confirmation form that I print stated when I leave the structure to "buzz" someone on the intercom. Well, no-one answered after buzzing a few times. The gate just magically went up. That was awesome. However, if no-one were to answer from buzzing, then I would have been just sitting there. Overall, nice and I would park there again. The parking fee for the event at the United Center was $27.00-40.00. I simply paid 8.81 with ParkWhiz and took the bus right on the corner for $2.25. Perfect!
