It was very convenient to my hotel (Congress Plaza) and the price was great! It could use a resurfacing as the potholes made rolling a suitcase a bit of a challenge. OTOH, I saw worse lots nearby.

It is not a very nice lot, pavement was uneven and a mess. There was no attendant there when we got there. When we returned there was a gentleman checking to make sure parking was paid. If you're looking for cheap parking, it will do.

It was very nice to pull into the spot and not have to wait in the long line to pay for it.

This is a surface lot in the south Loop. This location is less than a block away from Columbia College, and only 2 blocks from Grant Park.

This location is a commercial parking lot.

This surface lot is on the northeast corner of E Balbo Dr and S State St. There are entrances on Balbo and State.

This parking is 0.82 miles from Soldier Field.
