It was a little confusing with the address as the Park Whiz address says the garage is on Quincy, but the actual address on the garage is 550 W Jackson other than that, it was great

Today I was waiting enormously long - 2 minutes longer than yesterday (joking!). There was a rush time (5 p.m) and valet people were running (flying?) in the parking lot. Again, as yesterday, the service was excellent end very friendly! Thank you again1

Very convenient for picking up family member from Union Station. The attendant was very nice and helpful. I needed to ask more questions though. I had a hard time climbing up stairs to get to street level. Now I know there is an elevator available. Extremely close for pick up and am using this garage again on the return trip. Definitely would recommend.

I had a good experience with Park whiz. The instructions on how to enter the garage were very simple and I pulled up and the attendant gave me valet slip and off I went. It was before 8 am. So that might be a reason why the whole experience might have gone so smoothly, but I would definetly use Park whiz again.

Everything is good except that you cannot park any vehicle larger than a minivan and the address is not 550 W. Quincy. It is addressed 550 W. Jackson which is really confusing. Great parking attendants! great customer service!

My experience was a good one. I arrived about an hour early and was handled immediately. My wife and I towed three wheeled bags and I carried another one upstairs. A ramp would have been much nicer. We returned from our Amtrak rail trip about 30 minutes early and waited about ten minutes while the attendant retrieved our car.

Great place to park right across from Union Station. It's on a tiny side street called Quincy off Clinton so keep your eyes peeled. Courteous valet service. Perfect for day parking and 'before 10' pick up.

Everything worked like clockwork. It was a bit of a challenge to find Quincy, even with my GPS, but the instructions on the printout clarified what I needed to do. (I don't have a smartphone, but I'm sure there's a "how to get there" element on that medium as well.) There was a bit of a wait when picking up the car, since the valets have to jockey the cars around to fit as many in as possible to the limited space; but they do their work quickly and courteously. I'd go back again!

It was great! Super easy just pulled up to the door, it opened, and gave the valet my parkwhiz pass.

It was great in that I saved money compared to "normal" rates for that time that I've typically paid (~$20). It took the valet attendant a little while to give me a ticket.

It was not very easy to locate with GPS, pay attention to the directions on your parking pass. However it was fast to check in and out.

This is a fabulous find near Union Station--great location, convenient if you are using the station and the price was right. The actual entrance is a tad difficult to see, but it is such a short block you should have no problem finding it. The valet feature is fabulous--drop off the car and pick it up--no parking hassles at all. I HIGHLY recommend this facility when parking in Chicago, especially if you are in the Union Station area, but would be a great spot for anyone.

Your Service Was very good. However I took the Metra from Haverd, Il as I thought it would be faster than driving.My meeting was at 7:30AM, Thought it was to late to cancel. However I did recommend it to the V.P. at Synergy, Mike Harrington (312-899-1024) Hope this helps Ken

Even with the instructions, the lot was difficult to find. We came from out of town and were unfamiliar with the area. Staff were friendly and parking was easy once we were in the building. We traveled by train and were late returning to Chicago, exceeding the reservation time. I tried calling ParkWhiz and was unable to reach a person to ask about procedures for a late pick-up. I left a message and my call was not returned. I would definitely use the service again and have already recommended it.

Directions are not too clear. Must says like: if you are coming from JACKSON, turn left on S JEFFERSON, then turn right on W QUINCY, and ENTRACE on your right. And if you are coming from W ADAMS, then turn left on CLINTON, turn right on W QUINCY, and ENTRACE on your left. Parking fee is good. Space for Parking is too tight. You must leave your keys.

Tricky to find, (circled 3 times to find the Entrance) Make sure you read your Parking Pass to find the Entrance and you'll be alright, just a few steps to Union Station, over than that, it was alright.

I had printed the confirmation at home, drove in the attendant directed me to a spot, exited the vehicle and was on my way. Upon returning, attendant retrieved my vehicle and I was on my way again. When I arrived, I had no idea how to leave the facility other than walk up the exit ramp. Th attendant might have mentioned how to leave and depart. When I left, it took a few moments for the attendant to verify that I'd already paid - not a problem, just slightly odd. All in all, a quick, easy, inexpensive, and polite way to park. I will recommend this facility to anyone who needs to park in that area.

The lot was closed for Labour Day on the day of my departure, but the attendant recognized this in advance. Called his manager and arranged access to my car despite it being a holiday. Very good service.

Parked my car on Friday and left it until Monday. dropped off and picked up within the time window as scheduled. It worked out very well. I saved enough money on the parking vs. my hotel garage rate that I was able to more than cover 3 day transit passes. Bus #151 dropped me off at Clinton and Quincy right around the corner from the impark W Jackson garage.

Although the parking was closed the memorial Monday they let me park since I paid for it. Yigsaw came back on Monday just to open the parking for me to drive out. This is absolute fantastic service and they felt accountable. Next time for sure I will use again Impark but will first check about opening hours during public holiday. Thanks again!!
This is an indoor, covered parking garage located on Quincy Street between Jefferson and Clinton. Near Union Station, Metra building, and IIT campus. This garage offers full-service valet parking at its finest. You will be required to leave your keys. The Garage closes and will be locked daily at 10:00 PM. This garage is also closed on Saturdays and Sundays; you will not be able to arrive or depart on a weekend.
Managed by Impark (Chicago). This location is a commercial parking garage.
The Entrance to this garage is on the south side of QUINCY St, between Jefferson and Clinton.
If you are coming from Jackson St, turn left on S Jefferson, then turn right on W Quincy. The entrance will be on your right. If you are coming from W Adams, turn left on Clinton and right on W Quincy. The Entrance will be on your left. Look for the black banner above the entrance that reads "550 W Jackson Garage" in white lettering.
