• The instructions were confusing, as I believed I had to notify the attendant immediately after parking instead of only when I checked out. Other than that, I loved the service and will definitely make use of it again.

• - plenty of space, very close to meeting location (10 S. Riverside) - takes several minutes for the attendant to answer the call when you're ready to leave

• Easy Access. Hit the assistance button and was out in less than 5 minutes. Got a very nice person on the other end and opened the gate after I gave then the reservation number.

• Parking was excellent. However, when the opera was over there were dozens of cars that went to check out at the same time. The first car pushed the intercom button and got a prerecorded message "one moment please....." over and over ...... After about 10 minutes, whoever was on staff finally came to the intercom and let us all out.

Perfect spot for the Civic Opera House as it is very close. Indoor parking lot completly sheltered from the elements. Heated during the winter and well lit in a class A office building. This is a 24/7 parking garage.

This location is a commercial parking garage.

Look for the green Central Parking post on the sidewalk near the garage entrance. The entrance is on the left on W. Monroe Street between Clinton and Canal Street. There is an alternate entrance on Canal Street.
