A good place to park but a bit hard to locate unless you know the area.

As others have noted in their reviews, there are two spaces with the numbers 4 and 5 so it isn't clear which space is the correct one to park in. One of the spaces was directly behind another vehicle which would have prevented that vehicle from leaving. So I parked in the spot with a number 5 and everything worked out fine.

It was relatively easy to find and it was a pleasant walk to Wrigley. The price was right especially when compared to the lots that were closer to the stadium and claimed to be EZ out and in when they are anything but. This place truly was easy in and out.

Easy to find and access. Would be a bit of a tight squeeze for a big SUV if all spots were filled. Short, pleasant walk takes you right by Toons (great bar on Southport) on your way to the park. We were in the left field corner so I wanted a spot closer to Irving Pk.
This is an outdoor lot that is behind a private apartment building.
This location is a residence.
(Coming from West) Start out going east on Irving Park Rd. Turn right (South) onto Janssen. Turn right into the first alley, then make immediate left. Look for a sign that says 3920 N. Janssen on your left hand side. Please park in either spots 1, 2, 4 or 5 only. Place the parkwhiz reservation receipt in your front window.
