They were outside waiting for us when we got there and quickly pulled up our info on their iPhone. They gave us a ticket and we were on our way. When we got out of the game, they had our car and the keys waiting for us in the lot. This was the best parking experience I have ever had downtown.

The guys on the lot knew what they were doing and recognized the prepaid printout instantly (you know how sometimes you worry that management forgets to tell the help that they have an online deal... well no problems like that at this place). 2nd time I've used this lot from ParkWhiz this season. One word... PERFECT! The guys are friendly, fast, professional, and personable. EZ-OUT doesn't get more easy. After the game, I was on the road in literally seconds. If you want close parking and don't mind paying a few bucks, this lot is a no-brainer. If there's one downside to anything, some uniformed shirts to identify the staff would be helpful.

Great place, showed them the comfirmation # on my iPhone and from time we pulled up to the time we walked away was about one minute. We decided to leave early and had our car in about two minutes, even though it was buried three deep. They definitely will have our business next time.

The parking was convenient, right across from the stadium and the attendees were quick at retrieving our vehicle. The only difficulty was that only one exit from the lot was open when we left the lot (we had to catch a flight at Ohare so we hurried out of the stadium) and we were forced to turn right on Clark Street and ended waiting 25 minutes at the corner of Addison and Clark for pedestrian traffic (we did make it to the airport one hour before the flight left, so we were okay). So....if you park here and need to leave right away, make sure that you do not get out on Clark street (check to see if there will be an other exit (alley) that leads your vehicle away from pedestrian traffic).

Parked here on July 27 for a sold out game. RIGHT across the street from Wrigley Field. Quick and easy in and out. Staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend arriving 1 1/2 hours or more before game time to navigate traffic since you literally drive right around the ball park. From the looks of other parking prices, the $35 we paid for valet service was welll worth it. The McDonalds lot next door was $50.

The lot was very easy to find in a great location (next to the McDonald's on Clark). The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We left the game a little early and saw the lot parked with cars in every available inch. The promise was, with valet parking, we could get an "easy out" - and they were truthful. FANTASTIC!!!! At the conclusion of the Cubs "W", my car was very first parked vehicle that I noticed (outside of McDonald's traffic). Hands down - the best parking experience in the City of Chicago!

It was a great experience. The parkings lot is right across the street, easy to find, and easy to handle when you get there. After the game it had easy axcess out of the lot so you get right out of there. I wouldn't go to another game without using this service.

Its literally directly across the street from the front doors to Wrigley! And, the attendant was awesome! Being from out of town, I did not know my way around and when I explained I needed to get back to a particular area, he set me up so could get out easy and find my way back with no problems. I would definitely park there again.

We drove from Michigan for a Tigers/Cubs game and got caught in rush hour traffic. We arrived at game time and all I had to do was flash my ParkWhiz printout and they moved the blockade and let is in. Easy in and easy out. Agreed with other reviews, you will need to circle around so the lot is on your right. Liked the peace of mind that I had a spot waiting for me, paid a little more than other lots but well worth it in my opinion.

What a relief to find a service such as this! My fiance' and I went to the Brad Paisley concert at Wrigley Field, and I wasn't thrilled of the idea of taking the CTA trains from the suburbs, so I began searching for parking. After seeing several hundred raving reviews, I decided to purchase a spot with Cubs Park Service and I'm SO glad I did. Even my fiance' who thought this was perhaps an unnecessary purchase on my end, was glad we went this way. When we arrived we pulled right into the parking lot, showed our printed reservation, handed our keys to the valet and were given a ticket for retrieval of our vehicle. When we left the concert the streets were PACKED with CTA busses and cop cars directing traffic. However, thanks to this service we got our car within minutes and they helped direct us through a back alley and we were on our way instantly. Incredibly courteous staff, I felt safe, and my car was well taken care of. Will definitely use this in the future!

I was kind of ify at first to leave my keys with the lot valet. But once I got there they were real efficient and nice. We were in fast and out fast.

Even with how crazy it was around Wrigley with tail gate for the Brad Paisley Concert it was so easy to get into this parking lot and they had us checked in so quick. Leaving was just as easy, they had an alley we took to get on Racine and back on our way to avoid a lot of the hassle!.. Will use them and ParkWhiz.com again for sure!

We picked up our keys right after a concert at Wrigley, then went out and were able to get our car out a couple of hours later. One word of advice, you want to enter this lot heading south, so that you can make a right turn. We knew this from other reviews and from the looks of it, trying to turn left would have been futile. Would definitely park here again for another event!

Though costly, this parking was easy to get to, super close to Wrigley (across the street). The people were helpful, friendly, and I felt our vehicle and it's contents were safe. As the traffic got heavier, we could not turn left to get to the parking location. We had to go a couple blocks further and then work our way back. Otherwise, it was just fine.

I would definitely park at this lot again. The lot was located right across the street from Wrigley Field and the young men who worked there knew what they were doing. I had no problem getting back to my car and driving away.

It was a very good experience. Not only was this game part of the Cross Town series but also the NATO summit was in town, I found this website and decided to try ParkWhiz. I got to the lot and the gentleman was very nice and took my vehicle and issued me a ticket. After the game, I came back to the lot. Before the man got my vehicle, he asked which way we were leaving so that he could point my vehicle in the right direction. Overall, I will definitely use ParkWhiz again.

We would definitely park there again. We got in and out of the game so fast. There were some parking lots a few blocks down the road that were charging $10 less to park, however after the game we saw those people standing around waiting for others to move their cars before they could leave. They were also so crammed into those spaces that even the front cars were having a hard time getting out. When the game ended we walked across the street, handed the man our ticket and he had our car out on the road for us in about 2-3 minutes. We hopped in the car and were on the main road on our way home in less then five minutes. It was absolutely worth the extra $10 and we would absolutely park there again.

What's not to like about parking here? I have a little trouble walking and this lot is about as close as it gets to Wrigley so it worked well for me. The service was great. The attendants were helpful and friendly. The peace of mind I got from knowing that I had a reserved spot waiting was the best part. The Mc Donalds lot is a little cheaper but I worry when I park there. You have a good thing going but please don't raise your prices.

Absolutely perfect! Easy to find and worth every penny to be just across the street from Wrigley Field!! After the game they retrieved our car and we were off before most people were out of the park! We will completely use them again!!!

It's a great idea for people who do not come everday and are not familiar with the surroundings. It provides a great opportunity to relieve you from the stress of having to find a place to park. No hassle service that is well worth the price. I will never be leary of going to Wrigley again. I will do it everytime I go to the ball park.

Great! Our scheduled game was rained out, However Cubs Park Service gave us a raincheck for parking at a later date. Because of heavy traffic on game day, It is easier to turn rt. into the Cubs Park Service lot by driving south on North Clark Street.

Highly recommended. This service is great for tourists. The staff is friendly and helpful. I do not live in Illinois. I drove for 5 hours to get to Wrigley Field, and I did not have extra time to experiment with the public transportation system.

Quick dropping off the car & picking up the keys. Literally RIGHT across the street from the entrance to Wrigley & in the middle of restaurants/bars to spend time in pre-game and post-game. (Safe location.) Like that you can pick up your keys up to an hour after the game and then leave your car there if you choose to.

Hello, I thought it was great! I had my three sisters with me. One had her knees replaced and the other a hip. We were going to see Sir Paul. I wanted them to make it to the concert and be able to dance and party-hearty, not have to walk a mile. In the heat, the location was a blessing. Leaving it was evening better. The attendants pointed us in the right direction, away from the jam right outside the lot. Expensive, but worth it. Thanks!

Everything was great!! The location, the staff. The price was high but definitely worth it, As you can imagine, it was crazy busy just across the street from Wrigley Field but the staff expeditously got us in and out quickly and safely by getting people to stop walking so we could enter and exit. I will highly recommend parking here to family amd friends and to anyone who is attending an event at Wrigley Field.

The Chicago traffic was Crazy ,the Chicago Police were Crabby ,there were Hundreds of People walking all over, Taxis, Limos, Bicycles were every where .... Missed the lot at first & had to come round again which took a while but once we found it, it couldn't have been easier. Right across the street from the concert at Wrigley & when we returned, we were out in less than a minute! Definitely happy with the service!

The location was perfect for getting close to Wrigley, however getting out of there was a nightmare after the show. We were stuck in traffic trying to turn onto Clark for 30 minutes. The people managing the parking were great, just need an easier way out.

Location was fantastic...personnel over the top nice and accomodating...even in the midst of the McCartney fiasco with roads being closed, they were accessible by phone to help me on navigateing to the parking area! The proximity to Wrigley was great and worth the price. What really made the service valuable was the service was as advertised. We were greeted by the staff, checked my reservation number and off we went. When returning we had no wait either. In both cases, the staff was what made it work, and they were really courteous. I can't over state how good these guys were.

It was very difficult to get there as the streets were blocked off and we were 20 minutes late getting there. However, it was a piece of cake getting out---we were on Lakeshore Drive within 10 minutes of leaving...pricy, but then convenience has it's price.

Polite staff, had my name on their list when we arrived and moved cars quickly out of the way when we returned so that we could get out. Reservation came with good map, hint about street closure and knowing the side street to take to avoid some traffic. Expensive, but it worked for us. Thanks, Kathie Clark
This is a newly paved surface parking lot directly across the street from Wrigley Field! There is a white tent on the property as well as a Bank of America ATM, right on the corner of Clark and Patterson. Look for a large red Bank of America sign next to the ATM.
Please note that if you drive anything larger than a mid-size SUV, you cannot purchase a regular reservation. Please call for special accommodations!
