Upon arrival, please pull a ticket from the machine and proceed to a vacant parking stall not marked "reserved". Upon leaving, before returning to your car, take your parking pass and the ticket from entry to the office located on the NE corner of the 1st floor of the garage (Canal St. entrance). Present both the entry ticket and ParkWhiz parking pass to the attendant for validation. They will then direct you to exit on Canal Street at the closest exit stall to the garage office.

  • My vehicle was unmolested during my absence, and the usually 25 bucks a day was only 12 bucks a day by booking through ParkWhiz....... Had a minor delay getting out of there, you have to go inside and get a ticket from the attendant, and it didn't work. But she stayed on the problem for a couple minutes and got me on my way.

This above ground parking garage stretches the entire block between Clinton St and Canal St. There is a small surface parking lot immediately north of the garage -- do not attempt to park in this area.
