Upon arrival, please enter the garage, pull a ticket from the machine and park your vehicle. After the event is over, drive to the exit and press the customer assistance button located at the left corner of the exit machine (look for the Phone Icon). You will be asked to provide your name and reservation ID#. Verification will take a moment and the gate will open.

  • Parking was fine. Getting out--it was prepaid--was a little strange, but it worked out in the end, after a delay waiting for the guy--who was a bit surly--showed up to open the gate.

  • Used The 1/2 mile walk back to the garage for dinner and drinks at one of the local pubs. Worked out great!

  • Convenient and not over-priced. Only problem was that the game went to 14 innings (about 6 hours) and the attendant apparently didn't understand that the permit I purchased was good for the entire game plus 2 hours, so I and several other drivers from the game had to argue with him upon leaving. This was resolved in our favor, so no big deal.

This covered, well-lit, attended garage is the perfect option for ANY event goer. We are the official parking garage for the Vic Theater, just across the street. And just a short, pleasant walk from the friendly confines of Wrigley Field.

NOTE: The Vic Parking Garage will NOT accommodate vehicles taller than 6'8"
