My experience with ParkWhiz was awesome. In the past, it has taken quite a long time to find parking in the area near this lot, and it was great to have a spot waiting for me when I showed up. I would definitely use this service and this lot again.

This is a convenient lot to see a show at the Vic Theater. But it can be quite full if there are other events going on.

It was convenient and inexpensive. But, the one problem is that the lot is not just reserved for events at Wrigley Field. We had to compete with people who were using the lot for other reasons in Chicago. We had to wait 5 minutes for a parking space to open up. Arrive early to allow time to find an open space.

Easy walk and great price! Arrive early and take in one of many resturants along the way...we tried Wilde, great food, good portions, very reasonable prices.

We used this lot for a concert (Bruuuce!) at Wrigley Field and it worked out great for us. At the time we got the last spot but maybe there were more that opened up. I'd say it might not be great for last minute parking for an event but we were happy and it only cost $11!!!

The whole experience was great. Easy to reserve the spot online and didn't have to think about anything when we arrived. The walk to Wrigley is in a busy, fun area that felt safe both when we walked to the concert at 7:30 p.m. and back at 12:30 a.m.

This lot is located at 3012 N Broadway St and managed by LAZ Parking. Adjacent to the lot to the south is the Friar Tuck bar and across the street is a CVS Pharmacy. Look for the LAZ Parking sign upon entry. The entrance is on the west side of Broadway Street just north of Wellington Avenue.
