  • the parking attendants were friendly and helpful. I didn't see the entrance door when I arrived, though, and had to ask a doorman at the hotel (who was also friendly and helpful). I just had to drive to the next hotel entrance and turn left into the driveway leading to the parking garage under the hotel.

This is a heated, indoor garage. The Sheraton Hotel is one of the stops for the free Trolley service the City offers that takes you to a number of tourist attractions such as Navy Pier, Water Tower, etc.

Note: This location is closed on weekends--you will not be able to arrive or depart on Saturdays or Sundays.

This parking garage is across the street from AMC River 21 Theater and 2.5 blocks from Navy Pier.

From Columbus, head east on Illinois (passing the front of the theater) and then make the next right on N. New St and then another right on to E. North Water St. The garage entrance is at the corner and you will see one large black garage door that will open once you pull forward.

This parking is 0.35 miles from Millennium Park.
