It's easy to get in to the parking area. The directions on the parking pass was good. When I drove up, the parking attendant explained to me how to get my car when I come back. Everyone was very nice and car pickup at 5:30 was pretty quick! I don't normally do valet because I like to get my car when I need it and not have to wait, but it went very quickly. I love the walk to the area on a nice day. Also, I could use my mobile pass instead of printing it out.

This is a great spot. Great price $12. Valet! Just an aa amazing experience! I accidentally left my wallet on the front seat with my ID, credit cards, and cash. It was there when I returned.

I had a negative experience last time I had gone through ParkWhiz, but they were very kind about it and sent me a coupon for the next time. This experience was as positive as the last one was negative! This garage is right off the loop and has (mandatory) valet parking. I have two young children and the workers were very patient and helpful. Great experience~

The entire experience made my doctor appointmewnt much less stressful by not having to be concerned where to park and at what cost. Many times my appointment takes 30-60 minutes and the surrounding parking facilities could cost in the area of $10-$15. ParkWhiz is fantastic for short visits (1-3 hours) and visits up to 5 hours. The parking attendants were efficient and polite. I have already recommended ParkWhiz to my son-in-law who parks downtown at least once a week for 3-5 . I am very happy that I discovered ParkWhiz. I waited in the lobby 10 minutes before I reached the counter to check out my vehilce. The wait was due to The House of Blues concert ended at about the same time. Once I completed the check out process,which was very quick, it only took 5 minutes before mycar was delvered. The porters were very quick and got cars down quickly.

The place was easy to find and extremely well-priced for being Chicago downtown parking. I had a great experience with ParkWhiz, as well as the Marina Towers lot. I didn't realize it was valet at first, so we were looking for how to enter the ramp for non-valet parkers. Other than that, everything went really smoothly, and I can't believe how much money we saved.

I got a great deal using ParkWhiz. The only difference I would do next time is pay for more time at the time of booking with ParkWhiz. I only paid for 11-7 and I didn't actually leave until 8:30 so I had to pay a much higher rate to the parking garage for going over my time so next time just to pay safe I would pay the extra online just incase but overall I was very satisfied with the online booking. It was worth it!

Great location for the Goodman. I wasn't sure where to go when I was picking up the car and a couple of the attendants were not very helpful... Eventually someone directed me to the pay station then all was well. It was a tad annoying that the first couple of people I asked just pointed me back to the curb in front of House of Blues instead of pointing to the pay station. I'm sure some of the fault was mine for not seeing/knowing.

I HIGHLY suggest buying your parking pass on ParkWhiz if you are staying ant any of the hotels in the immediate area, (i.e Sax, Amalfi, Marriott all within walking distance), you will SAVE a ton of money. The Sax charges $57 per day, I only paid $20 and parked in the same place the Sax uses!!!

I arranged this for my daughter to attend a concert at House of Blues. She had only gone to Chicago by train - never driven, so she was nervous about where she'd park. Everything about this was perfect! This lot is right next to House of Blues so she didn't have to worry about walking far after coming out late at night. She went early during the day so she could shop and was near the Magnificent Mile as well. 10 hours of parking for $20 - can't go wrong with that and I will definitely recommend and use this service again!

It was nice to know that I had a pre-paid parking pass and was able to drive right up to the door at the house of blues and a parking attendant took the car. Would definitely recommend the AMB pre-paid feature, cant beat it.

Service was great! The parking staff accepted my printed parking pass with no objections of any kind! Only one problem - they somehow mixed up my ticket with another and brought down the wrong car! The gentleman managing the booth, however, was very polite and expedient at resolving the issue. I had my car within a few minutes after the initial mix-up and was on my way!

This is an awesome service. I probably reserved my spot about an hour and a half before I was set to be there, and I could pick my time in and time out and everything with no hassle. The rate didn't change, either, and I paid through my phone and just showed them the number when I dropped my car and picked it up. The valets were familiar with the service and it made getting in and out a breeze. I'm DEFINITELY using this service from now on when I have to park in the city (which is fairly often, since the federal courthouses and Daley center, etc are all up there).

It was very convenient to the House of Blues, which was great for us, since the concert was in the middle of a snowstorm. They were quick to bring the car back as well. Would recommend for the additional $$.

This location is right at the entrance to the House of Blues and is super convenient. I would highly recommend the online reservation. It avoids the huge line to machine-pay that is required after the event. This is the best way to park for any event at the House of Blues. Highly recommended.

Located right next Hotel SAX, Smith & Wollensky, House of Blues, etc - the valet was very curteous and helpful. Expensive - but ParkWhiz saved me a ton of money. Upon my departure the attendenta at the desk was busy and hard to understand but very friendly. Got in and got out really fast!

Overall good experience. Suggest that the parking staff/valets be more informed and articulate about acknowledging one's on-line prepaid status (I.e. Yes Sir, since you're prepaid, leave your car here with your keys, we'll park it. give this yellow ticket to the cashier when you come out and we'll retrieve your vehicle). When I told them I was prepaid on-line it seemed like the attendant was not quite sure how to handle it. I had to go speak with cashier to get comfortable with everything. This same information could be included in the confirmation e-mail as well. Cheers!

I do not use social media, therefore, I can not speak on Twitter or Facebook. What I can say is that I drove to Chicago for work for 25 years. I was unaware of ParkWhiz until very recently when it came up while looking for parking for my wife to use while in Chicago recently. This service is absolutely amazing. You have a spot waiting. You don't have to hunt for a space & feed a meter at an outside location and at a very high per hour rate. We were at inside parking and at an extremely low rate. My wife was in the audience of an ABC-TV show. People around her were speaking of their high cost of parking. She started telling our ParkWhiz experience.
