Upon arrival, follow the drive around to the left. Stop before the garage entrance and show the ParkWhiz parking pass to the attendant for validation ticket. If you don't see the attendant at the entrance, press the help button and you will be let through.

Upon leaving, visit the glass kiosk between the towers and present your parking validation ticket and inform the attendant you are a ParkWhiz customer. Your car will be pulled around to the front.

  • Good - It was a great location and nice walk into downtown chicago. Bad - You do not get to park your own car. It is valet. Also it took a while for valet to bring me my car and I was the only one waiting for my car.

This is Guaranteed Reserved Valet Parking in the multi-level, circular, dual tower parking garage is the official garage for Chicago's House of Blues. This a perfect location for any needs in downtown Chicago, especially the Theatre District.

Also enjoy no wait retrieval of your own vehicle on your way out, a convenience only offered to monthly parkers. Limited space is available. Unlimited in and out access is included. Hours of operation: Monday - Friday: 6:00AM To 10:00PM Saturday: 8:00AM To 10:00PM

Redemption instructions: On your first day, please meet with the valet and visit the facility office between 6am-7pm. Exchange your ParkWhiz monthly pass for your new garage hang-tag.

This unique parking garage is right on the Chicago River. Located on the SW corner of State St, where State St meets the Chicago River. If traveling S on State St look for the black sign with white lettering stating "Hotel SAX". It will be right hand turn into the garage.
