The location on Michigan Ave was great and you can't beat this price for parking downtown.

Great spot, fairly easy to get to. You can't pay at the self-serve places but probably the easiest way to do it would be to head toward the exit and then go up the ramp toward the Wacker exit. After you go up the ramp to do that, there's a pull off area there and you can stop at the office before exiting. The other option is that when you leave your car and come up into the mall, if you walk out of the little hallway keep walking straight to a window. That window is of the office you need to find - door to your right from that spot. $13 for four hours of Saturday evening parking at the corner of Wacker and Michigan? Can't beat it. I'm sold.

This was a great location and very reasonably priced however, trying to find the attendant/office to let you out was a bit confusing.

There is no attendant at the exit, you have to go to the parking office, but for the price, this is a HIDDEN GEM!

The instructions said to talk to the attendant in the garage but we had to call them. Otherwise it was great.

It was a little tricky to find the office on the way out, but perfect besides that.
