Upon arrival, please pull a ticket. Upon returning to the facility to leave, please take the elevator to B1 and hand your parking reservation receipt to the attendant in the garage office who will validate your ticket for exit.

For opera parking, if office is unattended, please proceed to exit gate and present receipt to attendant there.

  Convenient way to ensure a parking space in a garage convenient to my destination. The staff person at the garage was very pleasant but did not seem familiar with parking prepaid online. There was also no system in place for leaving after going to the garage parking office - I was told to press the call button on the way out which was fine except that one always feels badly about delaying cars behind when you have to push that button and wait! A good experience but one that could have been more efficient.

  Good experience. Found a spot quickly. The guys at the office were friendly (rare for parking garages in the Loop). Overall would recommend. Love ParkWhiz too!

  It was close to the theater we visited. It was nice to drive into the city and know we had a parking space that was in the location we wanted at a reasonable rate. Would use again

  Yes it was great ..we used park whiz on Randolph and Wabash and this place had an attendant that was helpful .. the other place didnt . It was efficient due to the attendant who helped move it on fast. He took our paper and let us out. Valet parking would be nice. since we went to Lyric and walking up the ramp at night and the elderly can be challanging.
