It was convenient to not have to drive around to multiple parking lots to get a spot. I already knew there was room for me. Also since I paid in advance we weren't standing in the long line (extending to the corner) to pay after the event was over at 10:30 pm.

Convenient way to ensure a parking space in a garage convenient to my destination. The staff person at the garage was very pleasant but did not seem familiar with parking prepaid online. There was also no system in place for leaving after going to the garage parking office - I was told to press the call button on the way out which was fine except that one always feels badly about delaying cars behind when you have to push that button and wait! A good experience but one that could have been more efficient.

Good experience. Found a spot quickly. The guys at the office were friendly (rare for parking garages in the Loop). Overall would recommend. Love ParkWhiz too!

We didn't have to wait in line to pay for the parking at the end of the show because we had already paid!

It was close to the theater we visited. It was nice to drive into the city and know we had a parking space that was in the location we wanted at a reasonable rate. Would use again
