Very convenient. A little funky getting out with having to push the intercom to read the confirmation number, but they were very nice.

It was convenient and close to where we needed to be and the price was great! Leaving was a bit frustrating because the attendant had a hard time hearing us and kept questioning what we were saying. We gave her the number from our confirmation and she argued that it needed to start with a "4" It did start with a 4 and we had stated that. We ended up turning our engine off and spent a few too many minutes trying to communicate with the attendant. Eventually she understood and let us out. Other than that, it was fine.

There was a little confusion on where to park when we got there, and a little confusion on our part how to check out. A sign posted at the exit machines advising to call attendant for instructions would be helpful. Good experience. Great value.

The only thing that didn't work well was that when I pressed the button to ask the guy in the parking office to open the gate in response to my Parkwhiz number, there was no answer. I had to get out of my car, run over to the office, while keeping other persons trying to depart waiting. So it didn't exactly work like the instruction said it would. Nonetheless, the guy walked back to my car with me, got the parking ticket that I had received automatically when I entered the garage, and then he raised the gate. So it eventually all worked, but not exactly as described.
This indoor parking garage is located a block away from the Aon Center. This location is conveniently one block way from Millennium Park and Michigan Avenue.

This indoor parking garage is located off North Stetson Avenue north of East Lake Street. The entrance is located next to the Lakeshore Athletic Club. Look for the blue P sign above entrance. Right inside the entrance is a sign to the left stating Park Millennium Apartment Building, that's how you know you are in the right garage.
