Great price but this is a small unattended lot so people just park any way they want to. You would be easy for someone to block you in.

I liked the "ParkWhiz 212 W. Illinois St" sign at the entrance. This is a gravel-ish lot but the price is awesome - I parked all day Sunday for only $8! Took me about 10 minutes to walk to Michigan Ave shopping.

Easy in and out, close to the highway and downtown. Don't park on the edge, I saw people get boxed in. You can't beat $8 for all day on a Saturday.

I got there and the lot was empty. It was a weekend so the lot was unattended. By the time I left the lot had filled up and parking was somewhat chaotic but I was able to get out just fine.

This is a small surface level parking lot just a few minutes walk from Merchant Mart. On weekdays, this is a valet facility and you will have to leave your keys. On weekends, it is self-park and your vehicle will be unobstructed.
