• Before I could exit the garage I had to park, get out of my car, go to the office, get a special approval, would've been a nightmare had it been a busy time of day. No explanation of how to use voucher except on confirmation email, signs would've been nice.

• There was a parking spot available when I arrived, check out in the office was quick and with no problems. The gentleman in the office was great. It was nice to going to my event, knowing I didn't have to drive around looking for available parking.

• It was clear where the office to get validation was located (one of my concerns) and they were very friendly and knew what ParkWhiz was (as I was concerned they'd not have a clue and then give me a hassle). It was easy in and out and very close to my meeting downtown. I'll do this again in the future.

• It was a great parking for $11 I was waiting for the hidden fees but there wasn't. the attendent working the garage had a big attitude but you deal with him for about 30 seconds
