"The scanner was tricky. Taking a picture and enlarging it helped on the way in. A very nice and patient gentleman helped us work the scanner on the way out. The trick was the phone screen brightness, we needed it bright. Thank you! Great place!"
"my only concern is that my phone (iPhone 6) didn't fit in the scanner and took a little bit to get scanned. however the app, pricing and experience was amazing."
"Very convenient, very easy to use, paid nearly half the price we would have paid with out ParkWhiz, we will definitely use ParkWhiz again."
"the parking attendant on Sunday was excellent, he was same gentlemen that helped on a previous visit. Still have trouble with scanning on phone when you enter - just take a ticket and communicate with the excellent attendant."
"easy in and out, sufficient parking space"
"I appreciated not having to search for a parking garage, and the directions were great! As others in the website noted, scanning the ParkWhiz code was tricky...I tried folding up the paper copy I had and also tried it on my phone, with no luck. I simply pulled a ticket, and when I left the garage, the attendant settled everything with no problem."
