After the event is over, drive to the exit and, if an attendant is not present, press the customer assistance button. You will be asked to provide your name and reservation ID#.   • Who knew? Driving and parking downtown cheaper than taking the train for 2 people? Super easy process, great price, very convenient. Chose this location because of price - there were parking lots closer to our destination, but what's a half mile walk if it saves you $7? I will definitely be using ParkWhiz again.

  • It was very good - great location for the Lyric. I was a little confused about how to indicate I had paid online to get out of the gate, but it was easy. Just push a button and a real, live person responded!

  • Nothing negative at all. Rolled into the parking garage with many spots available. Spent 6 hours in the city, went back to the garage, and as the instructions stated, I pressed the call button. Didn't take long for the operator to answer, gave him my reservation number, and the gate opened up. Only paid $9 ;-)
