This is surface parking lot just a few blocks from Soldier Field, directly north of the 1319 S. State St. building. A 5ft black metal fence runs around the periphery of the lot, and elevated train tracks run north/south on the eastern side.

This surface level parking lot is located on the southeast corner E. 13th St and State St, one block south of Roosevelt Rd. It can only be accessed from State St. traveling north, so if you are coming south on State St. you will have to make a u-turn.
