• Easy in, easy out. Be careful when you leave, as it's hard to see sidewalk traffic as you exit the garage, but overall, it was a great parking experience. We were on our way back to our hotel in no time. Thanks!

• We loved the location -- just a short walk to the United Center and no waiting in long lines to get out. We never saw an attendant, however, either day, before or after. We were concerned about how to get back in to the garage. We went in when the door opened when someone came out.

• Having pre-paid parking made things much easier. Paying less than half the rate that was available on Madison a few blocks closer to the United Center was great, too. Great location. Just walk up the street and you are there.

• Parking was OK and easy to find, not to far from the United Center. However, we almost got stuck outside the parking garage! Every door was locked, and there was NOBODY to ask for some help. Luckily, a driver come by eventually, and he got in opening the gate with his transponder. Not a good experience!

• Its literally a 15 min walk from the Madison St. Entrance to the United Center (Gate 3). It beats paying $16 for closer parking and sitting in traffic as everyone exits. Great deal!

• The lot was nice and I found a spot no problem! However, when there a sub-zero temps it makes it seem like the lots a bit far from the United Center than it really is. Additionally, my ParkWhiz receipt said there would be someone on duty, there was not. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but I had no idea if I needed to get a ticket to put on my dash, or if my receipt would suffice. Luckily I called a posted number, got someone after 1 ring, and my worries were eased! For the price, convenience, and the fact that it was a covered garage, I would definitely recommend this place!

• What is confusing is that there is no attendant. Only signs telling you you must pay at the kiosk or be toured. And the internet paperwork from ParkWhiz says you have to check in at the office before you park. We could not find an office so we left our printed page with the bar code insignia on the dash and hoped we would not be towed. We have never parked for a bulls game before so we did not know what to expect. The walk is kind of long but you pass several good places to grab dinner on the way so that is good.

• Parking location and conditions were excellent. However, there was no atttendant on-site for arrival as indicated and it was somewhat confusing as to where we could park as all spots were numbered. I would definitely use again.

• Great experience! Never having been to the united center before I wanted to have a space for parking reserved without paying a lot of money. We selected indoor self park at indoor garage because we have a new car and wanted to protect it as much as possible. The indoor garage allowed us to pick a perfectly safe worry free spot. The walk to the center was about 10 minutes but very pleasant. A straight shot down Madison street. I would park there again in the future

• This is a great place to park for a United Center event. I was a bit confused at first on exactly what to do, but we figured it out and everything was great, it's really handy to miss all of the traffic coming out of the big lots closer to the UC when the Bulls game was over, we were out of the deck and on I290 within about 5 minutes.

• This was the best parking ever. Only a 10 minute walk to the United Center. Covered parking with elevators. No problem at all. There is no parking attendant so you'll just pull in a find a spot. Be sure to leave your parking confirmation sheet on the front dash

• It is a bit of a walk, so I wouldn't advise my father to park there. The lots near the UC are 20, 18 or 17. So if you want to save a few bucks this is a good way to go. Also worth it if you plan to eat at one of the restaurants down Madison. Since it is covered it's probably a good buy on a snowy night.

• Conveniently located, easily accessible from I-94 and Madison. Clean, safe parking, plenty of room. The only negative was when we returned to pickup our car after the game, the entrance door was locked and we had to wait for someone to pull out in order to get into the garage.

• The sheet that we printed off stated that a parking attendant would be available when we arrived. This was not the case. We weren't sure if we needed to check in with someone and no one was available to answer our questions at the parking structure or by phone through the listed number. The price was right but we felt a little confused.

• VERY satisfied with my parking experience. Parked here for the Hawks game on a Sat night. Lot is secure, covered and had ample parking. I paid $6.60 cents to park here where you pay $20-25 dollars to park at the UC or nearby. It is maybe a 10 minute walk to the stadium and since its right on Madison it is very convenient. I will be parking here every time I go to the United Center from now on.

This location is a commercial parking garage.

West of Halsted Street on Madison Avenue. As you drive west on Madison you will go past Racine, past Throop, and the garage entrance is on the left side of the street flying the Black Hawk/Bulls Flags.
