  • The Palmer House Parking Garage was great, and the staff were very nice and helpful. However, I should point out that space is tight, and I would not recommend to a person who has a large SUV that they are not comfortable driving. There are lots of nicks and in the walls from people trying to navigate around. Luckily I have a compact car, so I had no problems.

  • Very tight inside and a little confusing to navigate through, but it did the job.

  • Only negative was the very tight turning radius and the low ceilings. Wouldn't go in there with a large vehicle. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly!

This garage is close to anything you want to do in downtown Chicago. Blocks away from Millennium park and the Art Institute. Easy exit- Scan the ticket (on the blue light scanner) to exit. This garage works for SUVs but smaller cars will find it easier to navigate.
