Was able to use the garage but floors 5-9 were being renovated and not accessible. Probably would have chosen different facility if known about the renovation. Easy in and out.

Good parking right in the downtown. Just need to look carefully to see the entry due to construction work in area.

Prime location from the Mag Mile, and right across the street from Bloomingdales. Unfortunately, they are doing some renovation to the garage, so a lot of parking spaces are blocked off during construction. We finally found a spot, but it was pretty full.

This was a very good parking ..... easy and manned at requirement. I recommend this parking lot.

easy to use, only difficulty was spotting garage with scaffolding covering the building. Easy in and out and very close to our hotel and Michigan Avenue

The price was better than if I had not reserved it and although the garage was under construction I had no problem finding a parking spot. The entrance was not clearly marked with the Parking garage name so initially passed it,

It was a little confusing to get out, but it worked out ok. Just read the instructions and you'll be fine. Great location for the Apple store, Garrets, Grand Luxe Cafe and more.

We found an available parking space right away. the parking garage was well-lit and felt safe.

The location was great in proximity to where I was going. The garage is undergoing construction and although this was somewhat inconvenient, I feel in the long run this will result in an overall improvement of the facility.

very close to the Intercontinental where I was meeting some one...Friendly attentive staff ..Upon leaving I followed the instructions and some one was there to open the gate within a minute ..Woukld use your service anytime I have to park Downtown

Parking was easy to find and before we left I just pushed the assistance button and the attendant told me to drive up. Then she opened the gate. The price is about half of anywhere else, and I prefer self parking.

A little hard to find the entrance with the construction; no trouble parking; when exiting-the attendant we buzzed forgot to take our voucher number and let us out. I called in with the number just in case..... no problem; very satisfied!

Worked out great once the garage entrance was found. Was not marked due to construction and was obscured by construction vehicles. Will definitely use again.

Attendants were very friendly and helpful! The garage is under construction, but I had no problems parking here and I would use this parking facility again.

The directions were great and there was plenty of parking spaces available. I was able to enjoy my day and not worry about my vehicle.

It saved significant money paying ahead. It was so convinent...you just gave your reservation number when you got to the exit and the gate was immediately opened.

Easy to get in and get out and plenty of available spots (we were there Sunday noon-4pm). The parking attendant was extremely friendly. Getting out through the gate with pre-paid code was a bit of a hassle (the attendant had to walk out and press something on the gate machine), but it was quick and she was very friendly.

The parking was accessible, in a good location, easy to find, and easy to exit using the assistance button and providing the reservation number. This is one of the best ones I've used.

Lots of open parking on Sunday afternoon. Assistance was quick and helpful when I needed my ParkWhiz purchase verified on the way out.
This indoor parking garage is just east of Michigan Ave. This garage is in the heart of River North just blocks away from Navy Pier.
Vehicle height restriction: 72 inches
Managed by Central Parking (Chi). This location is a commercial parking garage.
The parking garage is located off Ontario Street. The entrance is just west of the intersection at Ontario Street and Wabash Avenue. Look for blue Self Park sign for the entrance. The entrance is across the street from Bloomingdale's.
