this is a surface parking lot surrounded by a black metal fence and a row of trees separating the lot from the sidewalk on W 6th St. We are conveniently about 6 blocks from both the Bank of America Stadium and Time Warner Cable Arena.

Managed by Preferred Parking Service. This location is a commercial parking lot.

This parking lot is located on the southwest corner of W 6th St and N Pine St. The entrance is on N Pine St across from Harris Teeter. Look for a white "Preferred Parking" sign in red lettering.
