  • I love the location but I had a big problem with large tailgating groups taking up many spaces and being rude when the attendants had to help us park. Really??? Parking is getting tight since they started building the new park and baseball stadium. I have been parking in this lot for years, but now it is becoming increasingly more difficult to deal with the large groups that take more spaces than they paid for!

This is a surface level parking lot just 4 blocks from Bank of America Stadium. This location allows for easy-out parking.

This surface parking lot is on the northwest corner of W 4th St and S Poplar St. The Trademark Condominium Tower takes up the other half of the block. Look for a red and white "Preferred Parking" sign near the entrance.
