We were completely satisfied with our parking experience and would park here again BUT its probably not the right lot for everyone. There are pros and cons with this particular location that have been pointed out in all the other reviews. The Pros: -great price as compared to other lots in the area -nice service and nice lot -no Yankee stadium traffic AT ALL when we left (we got to the Third Ave bridge into Manhattan with no traffic issues at all) - because it is located at some distance from the stadium, depending on where you are coming from AND where you are going when you leave you can really use this lot to avoid traffic (the maps provided by ParkWhiz' website were very helpful in this regard) The Cons: -a fairly long walk (although relatively straightforward) to Yankee Stadium -also the neighborhood is one that some people may not feel comfortable walking through at night So in deciding to park here or not you have to consider the trade-offs and see if its right for you; is it worth saving $10-20 and possibly avoiding traffic while making everyone in your party walk the extra amount late at night??

Prompt and friendly service. When going to Yankee Stadium, will only use these guys!

Not a frequent visitor to Yankee Stadium, particularly by car, I was relieved of the burden of finding the best (cheapest) available parking even before I left the house.

Neither bad or great.. Just a quick, simple, and cheaper way to park for Yankees game.. Only bad I will say if you feel uncomfortable walking 10 minutes through unknown areas of Bronx to get to stadium

Good parking facility. My GPS took me right there. The walk to Yankee Stadium is about 15 minutes tops.
This is an indoor parking garage by Yankee Stadium, Boricua College, Melrose Metro North Line, and Bronx Family Court. 24hour always attended.
