This parking garage is located below the building at 25 S Charles St, however the entrance is on the west side of LIGHT ST between E Redwood St and E Lombard St. Driving south on Light St from E Redwood St, turn right into the garage immediate after the tall interstate signs and next to Susquehanna. Look for a tall "Park" sign made of separate white blocks for each blue letter.
