  • This garage is perfect for 1st Mariner Arena. It is also a block away from the Convention Center. Easy in and easy out. Plenty of spaces even though there was an Orioles game, an event at 1st Mariner Arena and it was Saturday night. This garage has pedestrian exits on 4 sides and it is easy to lose your bearings once inside. Better signage inside the garage to direct you to the best pedestrian exit depending on where you want to go would be a big improvement. If leaving 1st Mariner, follow the crowd east across Hopkins Place for the secret back stairway entrance to the garage.

  • It was across the street from 1st mariner arena...so convenient. Easy to get and out. Highly recommend and definitely use in the future.

  • This lot is very convenient to 1st Mariner Arena. I anticipated that it would take a long time to get out, but to my surprise, we zipped right out. Reserving parking in advance is definitely the way to go. I will be using Park Whiz and this lot again!

The DownUnder Garage is conveniently located directly underneath Hopkins Plazza across the street from the First Mariner Arena. Please understand that there is a processing fee for guaranteed advanced reservations which may cause the rate to be slightly higher then the drive up rate.

The DownUnder Garage

This garage is located at the intersection of Lombard and Hanover St in Baltimore.

When you come off either 395 or 295 you will need to take a right on Pratt Street. Then take a left on Hanover Street and proceed straight into the garage. If you come in from 83 you can proceed down Lombard Street and shortly after Charles Street take a right into the garage.

Look for LAZ Parking signs. Please follow these directions to ensure you arrive at the correct LAZ garage.
