This was my second experience with this method of parking and I had no issues either time. I parked at 310 Andrew Young Blvd on Sat April 27, 2013 for the Atlanta Hawks Play Off game this time & just like last month for the Alicia Keys concert, It was easy as 123! While a lot of the other Hawks Fans were left hanging around awaiting for the Philips Arena parking lot to clear, I was well on my way home. Awesome experience to both witness the Hawks win that round of the play off game and for me to get in and out before the traffic got too crazy! I will definitely use this choice each time I visit that area.

I used the pre paid option to park for the Alicia Keys concert at Philips Arena last night. Easy as 123! No trouble! No hassle! It was very close and convenient. The best part of it all, was being able to leave the area soon after the concert. I was in and out of the garage in 5 minutes as other friends I met parked elsewhere and it took them a half hour just to get out! I was home already! AAA Parking/310 Andrew Young was the Best Choice! I will do the same for each area event.

From the time I walked out at the end of a sold out Philips Arena concert, it took about 5 minutes to be out of this parking lot and driving home. It's located between Philips Arena and the Georgia Dome along a street away from the main road where everyone else parks and gets stuck as thousands of people try to drive home from big events at the arena. It seemed secure and safe. It was also much less expensive than any other parking lot I saw that night. I will always go to this parking lot when I go to an event at Philips arena.

We enjoyed the fact that it was right between the Georgia Dome and Phillips Arena. Couldn't believe it was so close! Also, there was plenty of available parking. In addition, it was pre-paid, so I didn't have to bring money or wait to get out. It was easy in and easy out. I will definitely use this facility again in the future!

Went to an NBA game for the first time in my life so I was worried about parking but this parking spot was pretty great. Short walk to the entrance of the Phillips Center and wasn't too bad getting out. I would definitely use again.

This parking was AWSOME! I took my young daughter to an event at Phillips and was concerned regarding safety but this was super easy and close and we felt very safe. It was just steps to the arena and the parking structure was nice and bright. Also the traffic and parking was very crazy around the arena & at the other parking options however once we found the street to turn down to get into this parking lot it was so quite I almost thought that I had to have messed it up. But it was just that there was no traffic on that entrance which was also so nice. If I ever go down there again I want to use this lot for sure!!!!!

Was kinda odd getting to the RED deck since we've never been there before, but we parked 50 ft from an elevator on Flr 2. Out of elevator could about spit on the Dome, then wandered down to a side entrance to Philips Arena. No crowd like front entrance. This was just a breeze.

The directions that were printed with the parking pass were difficult to follow. I never did find MLK or Northside drive. I am not familiar with the area but I fortunately happened on it after I passed Phillips arena. There were few cars in the red parking deck. The proximity of the parking garage and the guarantee of a parking space are the only reasons I would park there again.

We went right in with no waiting, and litterally walked right out to the entrance of Phillips Arena which was litterally 100 steps from the car! Then exited with no wait and were on our way! I will ONLY park in the RED DECK whenever I am attending anything near the Dome, World Congress Center or Phillips Arena! Thank you Red Deck for making my trips into the city so easy!

Parking garage was close by to Phillips Arena, well lighted, and easy to get in and out of. With that being said there must be some better directions...it seemed like there is a more direct route than the one that was written when traveling down to Atlanta on I-85 South. I followed the written directions since I am not familiar with the area.

After the Michael Jackson show I went to, there were only about 10 cars in the garage, which told me that reserving my parking was a good idea, when everyone else had to set and wait to get out of there spots, and I just got out very quickly. Getting from the parking garage to Philips Arena was very convenient. Being that I wasn't familiar with the area, having signs posted as to how to get to I-75 from garage would have made even better.

Great location, my second visit in about a month. This is probably going to be my go too whenever I attend Phillips arena. When you get out of the elevator your literally less than 100 yards away from the entrance! Can't beat it! To park in the Red Parking lot would have been $10.00 in person and I paid $11 online, BUT other nearby parking was $20.00 and the $1.00 extra was certainly worth it to know that I had a guaranteed parking place. Cool service. The parking deck is in a great location if you're going to Philips Arena, The Dome, or the GWCC. It was very well lit and open. Security made it's presence known, without intruding. We felt safe. We were able to avoid the crowds by being on the back side of Philips Arena. The only thing that I would change are the directions to get there. We came from the northside. The directions took us around Philips, through all the traffic. Getting there from the other side would have been much faster.

I sent my 2 daughters to Atlanta to a concert. I wanted safe & secure parking that was close to the venue at Philips Arena. The parking was located in a deck with the Georgia Dome. They easily found by mapquest the directions all the way to the deck . I used the mapquest that has the option of street view photos so they would have landmarks to see where to turn. A few people had commented that it was hard to find , not marked well enough , etc. , so I used street views & printed them & they had Zero problems. No waiting for a spot to park & a very quick walk to the venue. the PRICE was just $10.00 + $1 fee total $11 . THE PROBLEM with that was I had paid in ADVANCE & SHE WAS CHARGED AGAIN WHEN LEAVING . If you are looking for a safe clean place to park without a long wait & easy IN & Easy Out * use l this service !

Pros: the proximity to Philips Arena, well lit parking decks, friendly attendant. Cons: directions to parking venue DOESN'T offer alternatives due to road blocks/ Atl P.D. detours!! Once we got off the interstate, the turn-by-turn directions were useless. We were late getting to the show due to driving extra blocks to get back where we had access to those streets. We EXITED where the directions had informed us to ENTER the venue. We'll just take our GPS next time, to have a Plan B if/when we decide to attend Philips Arena again for an event.

I had never considered before Saturday paying for parking in advance of an event. That is a big plus of not having to find parking for an event. I will say that leaving the event took longer than I expected. I know there were a lot of people trying to leave at once but it seemed as though there was no real coordination within the parking deck. I believe there was also only 1 exit from what I could tell.

Good experience. Arriving in the middle of multiple downtown events made progress difficult, but the local directions were right on target and helped a lot. Facility was clean and bright. Spaces are good size for sedans, but the trucks and vans need their own segregated area so they don't impinge upon sedan space.

At a time when another large event was going on at GWCC, it was a relief to know that I had parking reserved! When I arrived and tried to pull into the deck, cops were blocking my way. When I showed them my ticket they said, "Oh, you have a pass" and let me right in without a problem. Parking was great, however the attendant was not. Please discuss with your employees the importance of good customer service and the importance of showing care in answering questions. I asked the attendant if this is where customers park to attend Philips events. While she did answer the question, her head was turned in the other direction as if she did not care to answer my question.

The parking was great! It was covered close to Philips Arena, which means a short walk both going and coming. I was out quickly after the event. Will park there again for any events at Philips.

My parking experience was no-fuss!! The parking deck was easy to find and finding a parking spot was a breeze. I'd definitely utilize this parking service as well as the same parking deck in the future. And the price is comparable to the other parking lots in the immediate area. The plus is, it's covered and it's situated right underneath 'the complex' (CNN Center, Philips Arena, GWCC, and GA Dome).

I highly recommend using this parking lot if you are going to Philips, CNN, Dome, or Olympic park. Very close to all events. Good directions & very safe. Price was also very cheap. Went for the NKOTBSB concert and this is a great place to park!!! My 2nd time parking here and again, so easy to get in and out!!! No traffic jam whatsoever! Plenty of parking, about a 5 minute walk to the venue at Phillips Arena. Plenty of light and security, felt safe. Convenient access to highway after leaving the parking deck. Price was a good deal.

I was a little nervous about using this site to reserve a parking space for Bon Jovi 2011. But I decided to give it a try anyway. I am glad I did! Instead of fighting the traffic trying to get into one of the other parking areas that cost between $20 and $30 I was able to bypass all of that and head straight to my area. There was no traffic heading to the deck I had reserved my spot in. It was only a 2 minute walk to Philips, if that. I could not believe how close it was and the price made it even better. There were people paying way more than that and they had to walk 15 or more minutes. I had my two kids with me so it was nice not to have to walk so far with them. After the show we were able to get back to our car and head out before all of the traffic from the other areas started. I will most definitely use this site again for parking!!

There was nothing bad about this parking facility. It was very easy to find and plenty of spaces to park. It saved me lots of time from having to drive around looking for parking during a playoff game. And it was closer to Phillips Arena than I expected. it was so nice to be able to arrive in a city that you don't know where to park and park close to the event. although crowded,we were able to get out after the event in a decent time. the attendants were also helpful in telling us where we could get a bite to eat. very pleased.

Wonderful experience. The cashier seemed a little bit confused by the documentation that I gave her, but ultimately she let me in. I may have just given her the wrong page of my printed reservation. I would absolutely recommend this facility, particularly for a Hawks game.

The exit from the parking and return to the highway was a disaster. There was no apparent plan by those directing traffic how to quickly move everyone out of the parking garage. Some patrons were permitted to turn left out of the garage and onto Mangum Street (toward I20 and I75), others were sent in a circuitous route to the right on Mangum and around the parking lot. There were lots of people working but no one had a plan for the smooth movement of traffic. While the online directions TO the parking lot were excellent there were NO directions given to the successful exiting of the parking garage. I have been to other sporting events in large cities and the management of traffic post game is usually smooth. Use your brain and think how you can help your customers get home safely and in a timely manner.

The parking deck was very convenient for access to Philips Arena, GWCC, and the Dome. It was priced right at $10, and a much better deal than the $80+ we've paid to park near the Dome on other occasions. Plenty of spaces were available before the Hawks game, and we had no problem getting out of the parking deck after the game was over.

The location was close to the arena and wasn't crowded at all like the other lots. The only issue is that the lot is in the middle of three key centers with no directions on how to get to them. We had to ask the parking attendant/security how to get to the arena.

The Parking Location was perfectly located. I parked in the Red Lot for the Philips Arena, Atlanta Hawks game. I also liked the fact that when you come out of that deck, you're right there near the Will Call ticketing booths. I had to pick up my tickets at Will Call, so this parking deck was perfect in terms of it's location for that. Overall, not a bad idea to have pre-paid tickets and the location is great if you're going to the "Highlight Factory".

Easy to get to, we parked on the top level, walked up the steps and the door to the Philips Arena was literally 100 feet away. It was well lit, safe, and quick to get out of when the concert was over. This place was also much less expensive than the other parking places just on the other side of the arena.

Very clean and orderly. Although there where many vehicles parked taking up two spots, we were able to locate a spot. I think it would be a good idea to post a map at the elvators showing the directions to the various venues. It was a little confusing on the return trip.

Very convenient. Published directions were for taking the road in front of the World Congress Building, but that was blocked off. Fortunately, I lucked out going in front of Phillips and saw a temporary sign pointing to the Red Parking. Easy exit after the show. Well worth it especially since several parking areas were charging $20!
