  • Other than tough to find (follow directions posted by ParkWhiz), parking was ultra close and very cheap!

  • It is terrible confusing and hard to find. When you drive through what seems like an abandoned building, you can get lost even following the signs. I purchased a ticket online in advance, it gives specific directions on it, however, it also says if you have trouble to call the number which we did over and over but no one would answer. Once you find your way in, the lot is very convenient and a great place to park centrally.

  • Awesome location. A little hard to find but we'll worth the effort!

  • Best parking ever. Very cheap and close to Phillips Arena. You're literally right under Phillip’s. You can take the steps up and walk directly across the street to Phillips or you can walk through a small path that will take you to the MARTA escalators and you will be right at Phillip’s on the side entrance by the party suites.

  • The parking was very close to the arena. You can't beat the price for the proximity!

  • Getting there was a little sketchy, but directions worked and the parking was perfect. Really close, and easy out.

This is a very large, paved parking lot located directly next to the Philips Arena and only steps away from the Georgia Dome. Despite the close location, customers continually report a quick exit after their event.

Managed by Parking Company of America (Ohio). This location is a commercial parking lot.

Nearby destinations: Philips Arena, The Tabernacle, Centennial Olympic Park.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION** Entering the address in a GPS will take you 2 blocks from this parking lot. If you are already at the location to which your GPS has taken you, just continue west (toward the stadium) on Baker St across Marietta St and follow the below directions.

-Heading West on Baker cross Marietta St.
-Turn left in front of the railroad tracks.
-Turn right and cross the tracks as soon as you see the opportunity.
-On the right and you will see a red, white and blue USA map-shaped sign saying "Parking Company of America" and a sign saying "Gulch Parking."
-Follow the arrows pointing you under the arena.
-Continue on, bear LEFT through the tunnel and you will see the lot 72D ahead.

Once you're parked you'll be one level below Centennial Olympic Park Dr, right across from the arena. Take the stairs or elevator up and you're there!
