We are right cross the street from the Shortcut; a direct walking route to the stadium that saves you a lot of walking. And with us, you are guaranteed your parking spot on the day of the game. You can arrive at any time prior to kickoff, attendants & security will arrive 3 hours prior to kickoff. Our lot is enclosed, so only guests can enter/exit throughout the game. After the game, exit is hassle-free and quick... you don't have to worry about your car being blocked in either. Tailgating is available (just no tents!)

-We are authorized by the City of Arlington and have clean restrooms available at our independent and friendly family-owned hotel.

This location is a commercial parking lot.

Our lot is on E Division St, between N Collins St and Bob Duncan. The entrance is on the south side of Division about mid-block. You can see us diagonally opposite the QuikTrip at the intersection. We have a big sign saying America's Best Value Inn.

From I-30 E we suggest exiting at the Collins St exit, turning right (south) on Collins, then turning left (east) on Division St. You will immediately see our big sign on the right hand side. It's the second motel on the right.

From 360: West on Division, past Stadium Drive and Legends, where you will see a big sign for America's Best Value Inn on your left hand side and palm trees highlighting the lot.
