More about loanDepot park
The Miami Marlins are a more recent addition to the MLB, part of the 1993 league expansion that also included the Colorado Rockies. Even during this short period of time, the team racked up accolades, including two World Series titles and National League pennants. The success of the team may make it difficult to find parking around loanDepot park, so it makes sense to book Miami Marlins parking with ParkWhiz, featuring onsite parking at the venue. The team had its genesis when the National League was paid a $95 million fee by Wayne Huizenga, the then co-owner of Blockbuster Video to become owner of the former Florida Marlins. The team won their first World Series title in 1997 via a wild card berth, defeating the Cleveland Indians in a seven-game bout. They repeated this feat in 2003, also via the NL Wild Card, this time vanquishing the New York Yankees in six rounds. In 2012, the team relocated from the venue now known as Hard Rock Stadium to the former Marlins Park, now loanDepot park, a modern stadium built on the site of the Miami Orange Bowl. As part of the deal with the city for funding, the team was renamed the Miami Marlins. Due to the high quality of both the team and their venue, it may be difficult to book loanDepot park parking, making the idea of Miami Marlins on-site parking by ParkWhiz attractive to sports fans.
