Create Your Account

You don't need an account to browse or search parking on ParkWhiz.com. However, for the protection of all of our users using the marketplace, we require that you register an account prior to completing a purchase or listing parking. Registration is quick, easy, and free!

When you create your account, you'll provide the following information:

• Your email address
• Your nickname

To create an account:

• Click register at the top of the ParkWhiz web page to open the registration form.
• Type your account information.
• To create your account, you must read and agree to our Terms of Use. To indicate that you agree, select the checkbox labeled "By checking this box, I agree to the ParkWhiz Terms of Use."
• Click the "Sign In" button to save your information.

A password will be randomly generated and emailed to you. Be sure that your email program doesn't make mail from ParkWhiz.com as spam.

Your privacy is important to us. We keep any information you provide confidential. In addition, we employ sophisticated encryption technology to ensure the protection of your personal information and your records. For more information, read our Privacy Policy.

Choosing a Password

When you first create your account, you do not need a password as you are already logged into your account. However, once you log off, you will need a password to log back in.

We will send you a temporary password to the email address you provided us.

Note: Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not receive the email in your inbox and add parkwhiz.com to your safe list to prevent this from occurring in the future.

Copy the temporary password and follow the link in the email to change your password to something that is easy for you to remember, but difficult for others to guess. You can use any combination of numbers and letters, in either upper or lower case. Your password is case-sensitive.

You'll be asked to provide your password each time you log in to your ParkWhiz account.

Logging In to Your Account

To log in to your account:

• Click sign in at the top of the ParkWhiz web page.
• Type your email address and password.
• Click the 'Sign In' button.

Retrieving a Forgotten Password

If you've forgotten your password, we'll email you a new, temporary one. To receive a new password:

• Click sign in at the top of the ParkWhiz web page.
• Click "Forget your password?" directly below the Sign In button.
• Type your email address.
• Click the Submit button. We'll send a new, temporary password to the email address associated with your account.
• Follow the link in the email and type your temporary password to log in to your account.
• Upon logging in, you'll be prompted to change your password. Choose a password that is easy for you to remember, but difficult for others to guess. You can use any combination of numbers and letters, in either upper or lower case. Your password is case sensitive.
