Finding Parking

At ParkWhiz, you can find parking for a special event, normal daily rates, or monthly parking. From the ParkWhiz homepage, select whether you want hourly or monthly parking and enter your destination. Then select the time and date you need parking to see available nearby parking.

Viewing Search Results

When viewing the parking selection for a particular destination, (for example, parking near the Sears Tower in Chicago, Illinois), the following information is displayed:

• Location — where the parking spot is located.
• Distance — how far the parking is from your end destination.
• Rating — the 5-star rating the parking has received from other users' feedback.
• Price — the price of parking at that locations
• Reservation — whether the location has available parking to be reserved in advance.

You can sort the list by any of the above criteria. There are also filters to the left to help you narrow down your search for the perfectWhen you've found the parking facility you want, click the facility to see more details about it.

Click the blue 'Reserve Now' button to make a reservation. If a location does NOT show the blue 'Reserve Now' button, there are no reservations currently available for that facility. Check back often, since parking listings are constantly updated.

Detailed Parking Information

Once you find parking that interests you, click the location to see more specific information about that location. The parking details include the following additional information about the selected location:

• Regular Operating Hours — the regular hours of operations at the location, if it is a commercial parking facility.
• Location Description — additional information the seller has provided about the parking facility.
• Directions — how you can enter or arrive at the parking facility.
• Reviews — previous individuals who have parked here can rate the facility on a scale of 1-5 stars.

Note: Although we caution sellers not to include misleading or inaccurate information in description, we cannot guarantee information provided in description or other areas of a listing and are not liable for the accuracy of this information.

Locations that offer advance parking reservations will have a blue 'Reserve Now' button. If there is no 'Reserve Now' button, that parking location does not offer reservations. For more information, read about Reserve Parking.

Reserving Parking

The Checkout Process

When you find parking you'd like to park at, you can reserve it immediately at the specified price. We encourage sellers to list parking at fair market value. However, sellers are free to ask any price for their space. The price is non-negotiable. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

After reviewing the parking details in a listing, to reserve the space:

• Click the blue 'Reserve Now' button. You may be prompted to log in.
• Enter your credit or debit card information, including the card type, card number, expiration date, security code, and billing information. If you have saved credit or debit card information in your ParkWhiz account, this information will appear automatically. If you want to use a different card, simply change the information to match the card you want to use.
  Note: The billing address you provide must match the billing address associated with the card you use to reserve the parking.
• If you have a coupon or ParkWhiz Code, enter it in the coupon code field. Otherwise, leave this field blank.
• Click the Continue button.
• Review all details to make sure all of the information is accurate. Remember, your purchase total equals the price of the parking space plus the 10% ParkWhiz buyer commission. For more information, read about Paying Fees.
  Important: To ensure a successful purchase, carefully examine the parking details, double-check to make sure your billing information is correct, and read the ParkWhiz User Agreement before proceeding.
• If you need to make any changes to your order, click the Back button. Otherwise, if all of the information is correct and you are ready to reserve the parking space, click Place Order. In about 5 minutes, you'll get an email from us acknowledging your order.
  Note: Your credit card will be charged as soon as you place the reservation.
• Your reservation ID number and order summary will display. Click the Print button to print this page as you will need it upon arrival to the parking facility for confirmation and proof of purchase.

Payment Methods

You can reserve parking with your Visa or MasterCard debit card or Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card. To reserve parking, the billing address in your ParkWhiz account must match the billing address associated with your credit or debit card. To process your purchase, we also require your card's 3-digit (or, for American Express, 4-digit) security code.

Parking Fees

We will show you your order total before you place the order for parking. The total amount of your ParkWhiz parking purchase equals:

• The full price of the parking space (including any applicable parking facility taxes and fees), plus
• A commission equal to 10% of the full parking price

When you purchase parking, you pay the price of the parking space, any applicable taxes or fees associated with the facility, and a service fee up to or equal to 10% of the total cost.

ParkWhiz doesn't own the parking you purchase. We're just providing an active marketplace where fellow consumers can gather to buy and sell parking. By paying the 10% buyer commission, you're helping us cover the cost of providing this service. Thank you!

Completing Your Reservation

When you place a reservation, we'll send you an email to let you know.

We charge your card as soon as the order is placed. Don't forget, your order total equals the price of the parking space plus the 10% service fee. For more information, read about Paying Fees.

You must present your receipt to receive your guaranteed parking space on the day of your reservation. If you do not present your receipt to the parking lot, you will not get credit for your online payment and this online payment will not be refunded at a later date.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes before or after your actual parking reservation (unless otherwise noted), you may be charged the parking facility's daily or hourly rate.
