Why I am not receiving reservation confirmations and other emails?
Some Internet Service Providers and private e-mail accounts use aggressive spam filters that may inadvertently block e-mails before they reach your inbox.
First, check your spam folder for any messages from ParkWhiz. You can make sure ParkWhiz emails reach your inbox by adding email@example.com to your email address book.
If you've checked your spam folder and still haven't found any emails, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
