How do I cancel my reservation?
Individual parking passes purchased through ParkWhiz.com can be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the start time listed on the parking pass.
To cancel, go to http://www.parkwhiz.com/myparkwhiz/ or click on "My Account" on the ParkWhiz website. Click on the reservation you'd like to cancel, and the orange box at the top of the page will walk you through cancelling.
Once the cancellation period has passed, all reservations are non-refundable.
Parking purchased on a partner website or as park of a parking package is non-refundable.
