Why is the online price different from the price posted at the parking spot?

ParkWhiz does not own or operate any parking facilities, and all of the prices you see on ParkWhiz are set by the parking owners themselves.

Most parking owners set their online prices the same or cheaper than the drive-up rates. Some high-demand parking spots will charge a premium for online reservations because you're getting a guaranteed, reserved spot that will be waiting for you even if the lot is sold out.
