What should I do if I cannot print my parking pass?

If you are unable to print your parking pass, please notify us by email at help@parkwhiz.com. We will arrange to email your confirmation to an alternate email address or fax you a copy.

You must present your pass to receive credit for your online payment. If you do not present your pass, you will not get credit for your online payment and this online payment will not be refunded at a later date.
