I was unable to use my parking reservation. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately not.
Parking reservations purchased at ParkWhiz.com are fully refundable up to 24 hours before the start of the reservation. Parking customers can cancel their reservation for any reason before this time and receive a full refund.
To cancel your parking reservation, go to http://www.parkwhiz.com/myparkwhiz/ and click on the reservation you'd like to cancel. From there you will find a link to cancel your reservation.
After 24 hours prior to the start of the parking reservation, all reservations are non-refundable, even if you were unable to use your parking reservation.
