The bad news for the Panthers is the team hasn’t made the playoffs since a 12-win season in 2008 under quarterback Jake Delhomme. The good news is that Carolina’s on the upswing, slowly but surely, with the electric Cam Newton under center now. Entering his third season after being drafted No. 1 overall in 2011, Newtown’s Panthers are heading in the right direction. the Auburn-grad took over a two-win team in 2011 to win six games in 2012, then seven in 2013. Carolina now eyes its first playoff berth in five seasons as it looks to improve on its win total for the third consecutive year.
The field is also a late-season destination for college football fans down south as the perennial host of the ACC Championship Game, another event where we’ve got Bank of America Stadium parking covered. After bouncing around Florida for five years since its inception in 2005, the stadium’s hosted the last three championship games, and is slated to hold that honor again this December. All our Panthers lots should be a go for ACC Championship parking.
The college fun doesn’t stop there: as later in the month the much-anticipated Belk Bowl kicks off here. We’ve got your Belk Bowl parking as well, as we accommodated over 400 customers, most of which had to watch their beloved Duke Blue Devils lose a heartbreaker to Cincinnati.
Playing host to the Panthers, with a couple college games sprinkled in, makes this venue a football haven. Tailgaters would be wise to book ahead of time to ensure they won’t be frozen out of the fun. Non-tailgaters can also book a guaranteed space to ensure their spot will be saved for them. Regardless, the best way to enjoy football AND Bank of America parking is to book a spot in advance.
